The grief counselor is going to speak about woman who "lose" their children, not women who murder their children out of spite and inconvenience.

It's ridiculous, and I don't understand how it can be relevant when she doesn't have any facts on the case!

If this is allowed the state should be able to present something just as irrelevant.

Let's play fair.

Let me see.....bozo found someone to say that renting DVDs the same day your child drowns, staying in bed with your BF the next day ,partying, getting a tattoo and lying about where your daughter was is a "normal" reaction.  This is how "many" people grieve.   Alrighty then.   

Then, all the lies about her job, etc. BEFORE Caylee drowned must have been grief too, because she knew what was coming -- Caylee's death. And no, it's not because she's psychic.

I like seeing the guard behind ICA for what ever reason it is. With her getting so upset at time, the other people at the table are safer, hopefully.  Also, with all of us wondering what ICA does with her hands under the table, whether it is writing, reading, maybe texting, etc., the guard has a clear vision of her movements.  I also noticed that a lot of the 'showing' ICA texts or pictures on cell phones seemed to have stopped or really slowed down, along with her activity under the table too.

If having a guard so close makes her uneasy...too bad.

As for ICA clothes, several news stations have shown clips of a 'loan closet' at  court houses.  Nice clothes were hanging where the lawyers could pick out an outfit just before court each day.  I would assume that ICA attorney's or one of their clerks is picking out the outfit of the day.  That is probably why the clothes are too large for ICA some times.  What ever size, color, style of clothes is on the rack is what ICA gets. 

I hope she turns the clothes back in good shape like she has gotten them.  The clothes shown were name brands, clean, ironed. I hope no holes were chewed in the cuffs, sleeves were not stretched out, and the the waists were not stretched way out....other inmates need to use them too....but I think otherwise!

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- The meter reader who found Caylee Anthony's remains testified on Tuesday that he didn't touch the bag containing the Caylee's bones after he spotted it in the woods and called his supervisor, who then called police.

"I saw an object that looked a little odd to me," Kronk testified on Tuesday. "I told them I saw an object that looked like a skull."

Kronk said he was reprimanded the deputy who arrived at the scene because they found nothing at the time.

"I simply tried to do the right thing and for doing that I was chewed out for a half-hour and was pissed off about that," Kronk stated.

"Were you angry at the sheriff's office?" Mason asked.

"No, I wasn't angry at the Orange County sheriffs, no one person doesn't make a department," Kronk said.

Defense attorney Cheney Mason asked Kronk if he touched the suspicious object or moved it when he saw it in August.

"I never was closer than 30 feet to that bag," Kronk said.

Kronk returned to the area in December 2008 and spotted the remains, which were then recovered by authorities.

Kronk testified that he lifted the skull with his meter reader stick to get a better look..

"I very gently took it and put it into the right eye socket and I gently pivoted it up and I looked down and realized what it was and I set it down as gently as I could," said Kronk.

Mason asked Kronk if he shared what he'd seen in August with anyone else. Kronk said he mentioned it in passing to a roommate, but nothing beyond that. Kronk said only "I believe so" when asked if he knew there was an award being offered for finding the child.

Nearly every member of the jury could be seen taking notes while Kronk testified.

Thing is, if she testifies, and as the judge said, it is only her decision to make, then if she gets the death penalty can she really go back and file an appeal based on that decision?

In other words, let's say that her atty's tell her they strongly advise against testifying.. but it's not their decision.. so she can't say anything about ineffective counsel. 

by having the 3 psych's test her and say she's competent, KC also cannot later say that she didn't know what she was doing AND her attorneys are protected from putting on a witness on the stand that shouldn't be up there.

I think the jail guards, the grief counselor and Jesse would all be giving testimony during the mitigation of the penalty phase..the testimony doesn't make any sense now.  So I think he is doing the proffers now to see if they will fly for now, mitigation or not at all. 

And Mason says 6 more witnesses before the defense rests..Lord we will be here Friday then at the rate the defense questions their witnesses.  They really need to rest now. 

JP isn't going to allow Jesse's testimony..it's heresay imo.

JP will allow the grief counselor..but only during mitigation ..since she has nothing to do with guilt or innocence.

The jail guards have to due with mitigation..who cares rather she is a good girl in jail or not..has nothing to do with guilt or innocence.

The defense just has got to rest or put Casey on the stand..put her on there Mason ..I want to see her lie her way out of this
mess..I want to hear her story..watch her use the big calendar and connect the dots..go ahead..I double dog dare ya!
