august - roy calls 3 times and ends up getting chewed out.  Told co-workers didn't try to monopolize on his belief he knew where caylee was
Nov - talked to son and told him he knew where caylee was
dec - roy went back to the area (hadn't gone back there b/c didn't have to for work until then)
dec - son remembers this conversation after it comes out in news

where is the damning testimony?

i'm either too logical or missing it.  i don't see how this conflicts with what kronk testified to.  He told the police about the skull for pete sakes! he just didn't have reason to be out in that area again until dec. and that is when he was he checked again.   he just happened to tell his son (like he did his co-workers) he thought he saw a skull.  Geez
