didnt we hear the calls yesterday? Goodness! Why does Baez want to impeach his own witness... might as well impeach them all?non of them helped his side.

I do not get it. If Baez wants to disagree with something a witness says on his own direct, then why doesn't he just do it when the witness says it???

I think he had someone tell him last night what to ask so he had to ask today. He gets those questions somewhere else IMO that why he keeps On and ON calling people back. Its ridiculious

RE:  Brandon Sparks testimony-  It spoke volumes that it was a signed statement, not a notarized statement or an affadavit...weak at best.  Baez had nothing to work with to begin this case and 3 years later, he still doesn't.  If he thought that he and Mason could carry this on their charismatic personalities, they are both sadly mistaken. Neither did their homework and we all know it.  They don't even have a reasonable defense, much less a solid one. I bet Casey's thinking "What a waste!  Whata huge waste it was calling you guys!".  LOL
