That's what Brandon was trying to say, but he seemed really sure of himself with his own creation. I think he could have spelled  it for them! 

What If kronks Ex is getting on the stand? Boy- Brandons testimony helped the state once again. his mom put the call in his head. he cant tell when it was looking at his own phone record. his statement was in OCT? and he remembered in dec.
bad witness for the defense.

Kronks son said he remembered it after his MOTHER and wife reminded him.  We all know that in many cases there is uh, shall we say animosity, between the parties.  I don't have an ex-spouse, but my sisters do and they say outrageous things. I actually like two of the ex-spouses. I hope the jury knows this and disregards this young man's "Recollection." He shouldn't have gone along with this. IMO It was at his mother's request.

RE:  Brandon Sparks testimony-  It spoke volumes that it was a signed statement, not a notarized statement or an affadavit...weak at best.  Baez had nothing to work with to begin this case and 3 years later, he still doesn't.  If he thought that he and Mason could carry this on their charismatic personalities, they are both sadly mistaken. Neither did their homework and we all know it.  They don't even have a reasonable defense, much less a solid one. I bet Casey's thinking "What a waste!  Whata huge waste it was calling you guys!".  LOL
