RE:  Brandon Sparks testimony-  It spoke volumes that it was a signed statement, not a notarized statement or an affadavit...weak at best.  Baez had nothing to work with to begin this case and 3 years later, he still doesn't.  If he thought that he and Mason could carry this on their charismatic personalities, they are both sadly mistaken. Neither did their homework and we all know it.  They don't even have a reasonable defense, much less a solid one. I bet Casey's thinking "What a waste!  Whata huge waste it was calling you guys!".  LOL

The responding officer on December 11th who requested Kronk to remain silent in all probability wanted to sumit his report to his superiors prior to Kronk speaking out in regards to the August 911 calls. A responding officer would have no reason to initiate a coverup.
