was it cindy's mom who said that casey hated cindy more than she loved caylee.  i think that statement sums this case up.  I cannot think of a more accurate and direct way to summarize the "why" of this.

In all the trials I have watched on CourtTV I never saw witnesses recalled as many times as I have seen here.  This is not normal is it?  It's a result of a really inexperienced, stupid Defense team, right?

Yes, but Bozo isnt the only attorney at that table...the others are obviously signing off on it so I give it equal weight of blame.   There is no excuse why the other seasoned attorneys are condoning Bozo's questions, approach or theory.

Lately I've wondered if maybe Casey put the moves on Lee concerning some hanky-panky . . . he might have be flattered by his sister's attention .
