I can't believe Simm's is allowed to do this. 

I am dumbfounded as to why JP is even allowing someone to testify to this subject during the case in chief..this is mitigation..and it shuldn't even be allowed then if she never spoke with the client..this is all generalities..this is not case specific to Casey ...let's hear what the shrinks that examined her Saturday say about her grieving process..I am astounded this allowed during regular testimony.

how many young mothers have lost a child to an accidental drowning and NOT reported it?  Forget the 31 days.. she wouldn't have reported it had she not been caught.  Imagine if Casey took off... nobody might have known for months that Caylee was missing. I don't buy this lady's CRAP

Hard to believe that the duhfense is hanging their 'whole' case on this theory of why ICA didn't report Caylee' death or her missing for 31 days.  Speaks volumes that they could only come up with this woman.

Objecting to this quack's testimony would give her credibility.  As with most defence witnesses ... the States case is being furthered.
