Maybe Jeff should have mirrored the defences question and ... stated "assumed" rather than "hypothetical".

The defence cannot have it both ways.

she's having the witness assume her/their case, and so Ashton should have her assume his/the state's.

 

If Judge Perry was not inclined to stop the defence's line of questioning in regards to "assumptions" ... then it should be a given that Jeff Ashton can do likewise.

A precedent was established.continue the course.

I just don't believe that.

I haven't found anything on it yet, so it may not be true

I haven't found one thing on any case she has been involved with so far. I even tried the boot camp death she referenced.

Happened in the panhandle.. Deputies convicted I believe for choking a kid who started to seize... he died

he had sickle cell complained of fatigue was not able to rest the the guards covered his mouth made him sniff ammonia  he died the first ME lied and said it was natural second autopsy said he died from suffocation.  He was only there for 2 hours

So what was her role in the trials? I can't find any reference to her. They better hurry as she will be having seizures soon from alcohol withdrawal if they aren't careful. LOL
