I think the sidebar is about the State's rebuttal.   Im wondering if the defense would then be allowed to do a surrebuttal, which would only be regarding what is put on during the State's rebuttal.   The State's rebuttal can only include what would refute things within the defense's case-in-chief.

It is not appropriate to feed that delusional thinking, the child is not out in the rain for goodness sakes & the mother should have been eased into where her child's spirit is IMHO

I totally agree with you Cap....

I would think that would postpone the acceptance of the death. My mother did not like closed doors in her bedroom but I had to accept that she was closed in her casket. We don't have to like what we have to accept but it is part of the acceptance of life.
