I felt so sorry for George today. He knows Casey killed Caylee. Casey had no emotion while glaring at her Dad in an emotional wreck!

I posted a tweet that River is giving another "exclusive" interview about why she is so angry about Geo's testimony tonight.

She & her sister are just nasty...it's like VOID. I could care less if George had an affair or not. It has absolutely nada to do with Casey hosebag killing Caylee & throwing her away in a swampy dumping ground. Sybil's just trying to cash in in her new star of the moment status. Just another slap in Caylee's face if ya ask me.

I think the sidebar is about the State's rebuttal.   Im wondering if the defense would then be allowed to do a surrebuttal, which would only be regarding what is put on during the State's rebuttal.   The State's rebuttal can only include what would refute things within the defense's case-in-chief.

The rebuttal will be approx a day, not much longer.   If there is a surrebuttal (which we have no word on) that would be substantially less.

I don't know about Florida but is some states the judge is REQUIRED to directly ask the defendant if they want to take the stand or if they are to decline.

Also instruct the jury that it is not to be held against the defendant if they do not take the stand.  Yeah, like that's gonna work, lol.

But what about REBUTTAL???

Anna...JP has already said he will ask her if she wants to testify and he told the State to have witnesses ready to go tomorrow afternoon (rebuttal witnesses)

Oh, good!  Wreck has me all worked up over the Rebuttal.  I want them to remove what shred of credibility the Defense has left so that the whole world knows what sleazes they have been in this trial.

Question!  On rebuttal after the state puts up a witness does the defense get to question them?

I honestly felt badly for George. And as I watched his only daughter stare coldly at him - demonstrates she has no feelings for her family or her daughter. I hope the jury noticed that too.
