Caylee Marie Anthony MURDER TRIAL- DAY 31 - 6/29/11

Hi monkeys, sorry about the post I lost, like I said, it didn't make a lot of sense anyway.  I could barely understand a word that Dr Sally was saying.  My hubby said that he has worked with a lot of people like that, they can talk and talk and never say a word.  This case has been brutal on a lot of people and monkeys are no exception, it felt good to find something to laugh about.

I am very confused about rebuttal, there isn't going to be days of it, only hours?  That doesn't seem fair, they have so much to rebut.  Most of the defense was magical thinking.  There was no reason for KC to start crying when she did, she had been told to.  No one but KC had a thing to do with the death of Caylee and no one had her body but KC.  This was a very good day for Caylee and I am very hopeful for justice.

By my understanding the Idiot team will finish tomorrow, then the state starts on Friday with rebuttal and on Saturday, then Sunday the jurors will go out and deliberate the case they could come back in fast with a guilt or not guilty and then on Monday, they will deliberate if need be on the death or life in prison at this time sometime on Saturday or Sunday morning the Judge Perry will either dismiss the case on the mistrial or inform the state or Idiot team of his decision on the death penalty if all this is a go ahead with the trial then the jury will decide if she gets life or death. If I am wrong on my thinking I apologize

He also says they have to put her on the stand ..............I hope he is right...but he is talking and thinking like a REAL attorney.....not the defense dumbos

I posted a tweet that River is giving another "exclusive" interview about why she is so angry about Geo's testimony tonight.

She & her sister are just nasty...it's like VOID. I could care less if George had an affair or not. It has absolutely nada to do with Casey hosebag killing Caylee & throwing her away in a swampy dumping ground. Sybil's just trying to cash in in her new star of the moment status. Just another slap in Caylee's face if ya ask me.

I completely agree with you.  I think this woman is getting her 15 min.

I could care less what that skank has to say.   She inserted herself, that kid & her sister into this case, camping outside the Anthony house, showing up at various places they would be & all along it wasnt for any other reason than to find  way for them to get attention.   The fact that she is giving interviews while under subpoena shows what her intentions were all along.  Case leeches like this need to stay out of the court room as side freak shows.

No when they finish tomorrow that's it except to cross examine the  states witnesses, they only get to give their final statements

Judge Perry when he was a prosecutor put a woman on old sparky and HE WENT to the execution and watched.

IF the jury comes back with guilty, I think this Judge won't hesitate to put Casey on death row.

I think the defense gets a surrebuttal after the state's rebuttal.  It will be futile and they should just sit on their hands and shut up ... but they do get one.

No, if anything the defense would be granted what is called a surrebuttal which would only go towards what the State presents in rebuttal but it doesnt sound like they are.   The State in their rebuttal can only bring on what would refute things brought up in the defense's case-in-chief....i.e. Cindy's ex-employers, the computer searches.
