I believe that George Anthony perjured himself on the stand yesterday in regards to his relationship with Krystal Holloway aka River Cruz.

The revealed email from George to River speaks volumes.  My husband would have been history lickity split if I learned that he had communicated these words to another woman with "I" and not "We" ... "my" and not "our".

It's not clear whom the phone belongs to, but the photos from the phone include images of Cruz with George and Cindy Anthony.

One of the text messages from the phone is from a number listed in the contacts as George Anthony. The text message from Dec. 19, 2008, said, "Just thinking about you! I need you in my life."

I felt badly for Kronk. Seems like he told his son over the phone that he was going to be on TV and all that because he had a bad relationship from the divorce and was trying to improve his worth to his son.
Just seemed like another family being destroyed and it's sad.

If killer takes the stand, can she answer all the Defense's questions but refuse to answer the State's? Would that be as obvious to the jury as it is to everyone else that she is guilty?

I don't know about Florida but is some states the judge is REQUIRED to directly ask the defendant if they want to take the stand or if they are to decline.

Also instruct the jury that it is not to be held against the defendant if they do not take the stand.  Yeah, like that's gonna work, lol.

But what about REBUTTAL???

I think they will ask her in front of the court?

So we will have the rebuttal to prove cindy was lying. River will testify who else will?

I also felt horrible for him yesterday when he said something to the effect (when asked if he put his meter reader stick through an orbit in the skull) .. 'yes I did, and I apologize for doing that, but I wasn't sure if it was real' ...

I wanted to tell him ... Mr Kronk - It's okay - you probably feel much worse for this little girl and the disposal of her remains than her own family does!

Thanks for the picture!  I've not seen it before. Cindy was pretty.  She was pretty in those family pictures, too...the ones of KC and Lee when they were small children.

Yeah that was really a moment - one could almost visualize him doing it, the way he described it.
I have to think if it wasn't for him, we would still not have Caylee's body recovered and Casey would be out
partying it up still.

And no matter what, JoJo will not have the light of his life back even if ICA is convicted.  I hope he doesn't commit suicide but this would be so hard to live with.

On June 22, 2011 ... in an interview with Diane Dimond ...Tracy Convey affirms Krystal Holloway aka River Cruz words in her interview with investigators regarding the confrontation between George and Casey while she was home on bond.

Think about it.  If Krystal and Tracy are revealing the truth ... this confrontation goes a long way to towards disputing Baez opening statement allegations that George was present when Caylee died and ... was a participant in her disposal.

In cross examination ... the mach truck will again "magically" turn the defence witness into a State's witness.
