I don't know if someone already posted, but here's an article from today's Warren (Ohio) Tribune.  It shows a picture of Cindy from high school.  I can see where KC resembles her.

http://www.tribtoday.com/page/content.detail/id/558663.html

She was very pretty.
]

Thanks for the picture!  I've not seen it before. Cindy was pretty.  She was pretty in those family pictures, too...the ones of KC and Lee when they were small children.
The camera is not kind to Cindy. In person, she is a pretty woman, and is not fat.  But she does seem to have aged more since the trial started, but I can only say that from what I have seen on the screen, so maybe not.

And no matter what, JoJo will not have the light of his life back even if ICA is convicted.  I hope he doesn't commit suicide but this would be so hard to live with.
I hope he goes and stays with his parents and seeks counseling. He needs to get away from Cindy, imo, or this will be a constant event for him. Cindy will never let it rest....never.

Maybe they could move to Aruba.

I cannot believe that anyone pays tuition to have that whackadoodle teach their children.  What university claims her as their special own?
Go FSU!  (must be the Fighting Morons ... but I'm really not sure)   Monkey Devil!

Hold up. I went to FSU & it's an amazing university. This lady's a loon. Straight up nut case!
Sorry Titch!  I knew I'd end up insulting someone ...  (where's that head hanging in shame monkey when you need him)

Aww sugar! Don't dare be sorry! She's a little loopy & I think FSU may regret that they are now attached to one of THE trials of the century knowing they signed off on her credits. He'll, I think she said something about her husband working there or she was asked to teach something there. Jeesh who knows. As far as I'm concerned, I dint think it's a stretch to think anybody with a degree would be offended that thisady calls herself an expert AND that she was recognized as such in a court of law.

If killer takes the stand, can she answer all the Defense's questions but refuse to answer the State's? Would that be as obvious to the jury as it is to everyone else that she is guilty?

Bill Shaeffer said kc has to answer states questions..................
However we might get a lot of I don't know's.   ?????

I felt badly for Kronk. Seems like he told his son over the phone that he was going to be on TV and all that because he had a bad relationship from the divorce and was trying to improve his worth to his son.
Just seemed like another family being destroyed and it's sad.

I found that sad too Kermit.

I also felt horrible for him yesterday when he said something to the effect (when asked if he put his meter reader stick through an orbit in the skull) .. 'yes I did, and I apologize for doing that, but I wasn't sure if it was real' ...

I wanted to tell him ... Mr Kronk - It's okay - you probably feel much worse for this little girl and the disposal of her remains than her own family does!

Yeah that was really a moment - one could almost visualize him doing it, the way he described it.
I have to think if it wasn't for him, we would still not have Caylee's body recovered and Casey would be out
partying it up still.

ITA.  And her family would never have pursued this.  Caylee would be an unsolved missing child in a file cabinet somewhere.

Could the State call Tracy Conway in the rebuttal stage to affirm the words of defence witness River Cruz to investigators regarding the confrontation between George and Casey?

I'm not sure that it's important because the case for the state is the murder of Caylee
and not so much who might have tried to cover up the murder. The state established the murder weapon was the duct tape and cholorfoam all lead back to Casey.

I was watching a video that KC JACKIE did of the PINGS and it was really interesting when you see where Casey was driving around with little Caylee in the car - in the florida heat. It's so, so upsetting what that child went through.

This confrontation which is revealed by George to River and is affirmed in June, 2001 by Tracey Conway goes a long way to dispute the allegations of Baez in his opening statements in regards to George's involvment encompassing the death and disposal of his granddaughter.  In this confrontation George is sooo frustrated with Casey for not being forcoming regarding the whereabouts of his granddaughter.

I don't think she believes it and wont believe it til the verdict is read out loud, she thinks shes walking.

As for GA he really needs a vacation away from Cindy with his family to get himself mentally stabled after what hes been through in the last 3 yrs.

But what about REBUTTAL?  I have been looking forward to that all along.
Does the Defense get to do a  REBUTTAL too?

Defense goes after state.
Then state gets a second bit of the apple..

No, if anything the defense would be granted what is called a surrebuttal which would only go towards what the State presents in rebuttal but it doesnt sound like they are.   The State in their rebuttal can only bring on what would refute things brought up in the defense's case-in-chief....i.e. Cindy's ex-employers, the computer searches.

Casey Anthony Trial Update: Defense says it will rest its case Thursday
By Carlin DeGuerin Miller
Topics Daily Blotter

CBS/WKMG/AP) ORLANDO, Fla. - Casey Anthony's defense team says it plans to rest its case Thursday, and the judge said that could pave the  way for closing arguments Saturday in the first-degree murder trial of the Orlando mother, according to CBS affiliate WKMG.
The defense proceeded Wednesday with a strategy of painting a portrait of the Anthony's as a dysfunctional family, calling Casey Anthony's parents to the stand for a third time during their daughter's capital murder trial for the death of 2-year-old Caylee Anthony - but it may ultimately backfire on them.

She's still in control.  The minute JP asks if she wants to testify she can take her life into her own hands or leave it up to Byass and Co.  I'm soooo hoping she wants to testify!   Monkey Devil!

Did I hear Kronk correctly when he said the reason he said that was because his son hadn't seen him since he was 8...meaning his son could see what he looked like?  It really didn't sound like he was boasting ..I might have heard wrong.
