What is sad is that right now, no matter how anybody looks at it, is not the right time for somebody to have an epiphany & say they want a DNA test to prove relation. No matter what the Anthony's have done, no matter how any of us might feel towards them, it's still a fact that their granddaughter is dead and their daughter is getting ready to receive a dp or more jail time. This lady's son has been dead since 2007. Her ex had a sex change op & is in a Florida jail. It's already a circus. Why not just show some class and at least wait until after the trial & the penalty phase? I just don't get it.

I like how Oprah's sister handled their situation. She didn't shop around to the media. She didn't run her mouth to anybody. She said she felt it was personal family business. She showed dignity, respect & total class. It's a shame Everybody can't be like her.

A 24-year-old Marshfield man was killed in an automobile accident when he tried to pass a vehicle, lost control and hit a utility pole.

Michael P. Duggan, 24, of 40 Richard St., Marshfield, was killed at 5:45 p.m. Saturday in Falmouth, according to Falmouth police. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A passenger, Sarah J. Duggan, 18, of 486 Ship Pond Road, Plymouth, was injured in the crash. She was taken to Falmouth Hospital and later to Brigham and Women's Hospital, where she was in critical condition on Sunday night.

Let me just say this ... I am so proud of that man today. I came across him when I was searching in Orlando in Aug/Sep 2008 and of course he was in disarray because of missing Caylee and MSM.

I don't know if someone already posted, but here's an article from today's Warren (Ohio) Tribune.  It shows a picture of Cindy from high school.  I can see where KC resembles her.

She sure went downhill completely from her high school days. She is like the friend you see again at class reunion who married poorly and you can't help but feel sorry for then talking to them. Seems like always depressed and not quiet right in their actions. Then you have the friend who has been married more times than Liz Taylor who is just as happy as a lark with her present one and her life as weird as it seems to you.

NG said on her show that it was the look KC gave George when he left the stand (I believe at lunchtime).

We lost power last night during a terrible storm, just got it back a few minutes ago.

I missed everything today!  

It's still 88 degrees in here at the moment so I hope I don't overheat my computer, but I'm going to try to catch up.

Missed most of NG but I see that George broke down on the stand today.  

I'd appreciate any mini summaries since I know I won't be able to watch all of the videos and read the 142 pages I'm behind before it's time for court again!  TIA

George really broke down told the truth today IMO   He said casey car smelled like decomp. He said He and Cindy and Lee Loved caylee (didnt mention casey)
he really through casey under) which is good.
it proved today after his suicide letter came in that George didnt know caylee was dead until dec 11.
he made Baez look stupid!
Kronk testified and so did his son..
His son basically backfired with prosecution statement in aug his momma prepared not signed said he cannot identify the call from his dad on his phone bill. did not remember the call or what it was about until his momma reminded him in Dec.  and lied about when he saw his dad on tv. or forgot it was 2 weeks after he said.
and he is in the coast gaurd.. go figure..

I go with a day because it will take a while to go through the notes UNLESS they all go in- take a vote guilty, and out of there. That happened here in my friend's daughter's murder. They were not even gone an hour total. We had gone to lunch and had to pay our tab without eating because the jury was back.

I don't recall having said she's too fat to be a stripper, but I would have if I didn't.  I think she looks really masculine and should stay away fromt hat kind of swimsuit.  And since we're on the subject, I don't think it was very nice for George to say it would be laughable that he would have had an affair with her.  I do think she is a very unattractive woman, though.  OK, she's ugly.

Playing devil's advocate, how long, IF Caylee IS her grand daughter, has this woman been denied her grand daughter?

Also, how long has Caylee been gone?

Perhaps there has been a financial issue for this woman.  Now since this is in the news as it is she can find someone to help champion her cause and get some answers.
We just don't know what, if any contact has been made previously with the Anthony's, she attempted.

When, if any, would be the right time to address this parentage?

i am unsure of what george's relationship is with his own immediate/extended family but i hope that whatever he found in himself today to stand up for Caylee can help in his relationships with them so that he has support beyond just Cindy and lee.

after i posted it i thought maybe i should have put (0-30).  i do think it will be slightly longer b/c they will want to show they actually deliberated.  unless there is one person who needs a little expaining, i think it will be quick.  gosh i hope.

Red I am proud of him too. I see some people dont feel this way. I really see this man is fusterated Beyond. I know I have been in his shoes partly (as far as stress goes) thats why he smarts off because hes so sick of the Bull. He has had it had it had it and hes tired and worn out.
  I feel for him and hope he finds a way to get some peace after this.

They have to go over each charge and decide on their verdict which in the murder here I don't see how they even read the 29 counts so fast and voted, but it can be done.
