Because he is stupid. He has no comprehension of the rules of law or the rules of court procedure. This is not the case to learn on the job but he has put himself in that position knowing full well he is not qualified.

What I thought was funny was when bozo said " well, you didn't object" to Ashton. Well, duhhhhhhhhhh  of course he didn't object because he wanted this in and had no way to bring it in. He even had case law copied in case bozo was so stupid.
