 Anthony’s attorneys don’t want their client to testify at her upcoming murder trial, thus, they filed a motion Tuesday requesting someone other than Casey be allowed to tell her story to the jury.
Their request comes after the defense team gave up on the notion of mental health experts testifying at Casey’s trial about her behavior after her daughter, Caylee Anthony vanished. With such testimony, the prosecuting attorneys would have had the right to have their experts examine Casey as well. In addition, this may have opened the door to the prosecution to question her on the stand
