august - roy calls 3 times and ends up getting chewed out.  Told co-workers didn't try to monopolize on his belief he knew where caylee was
Nov - talked to son and told him he knew where caylee was
dec - roy went back to the area (hadn't gone back there b/c didn't have to for work until then)
dec - son remembers this conversation after it comes out in news

where is the damning testimony?

There is none.  Linda is affirming.

Yeah......... I found myself trying to figure out how you'd spell what he said. I came up with "amumiminity". I was amazed that he was able to repeat it for them twice in exactly the same way!

So far, Roy seems to be doing OK with Jose.

No one would be able to write a statement multiple times and have it exactly word for word.  And this is the meat of Bozo's argument...that the statements by witnesses are never word for word.  What a pitiful excuse of an atty.
