I don't know if any of you have already discussed this for I've been so out of touch, but I found it truly odd recently that Carlos and Paulus had exited their former law firm and established a new entity with just the two of them?

it smelled funny, like they were exiled? I have to wonder.......and why?

ts - not much.  What is your take on the happenings today?

Not sure Kimmy.  I've been out of the loop for some time now.  Looking at this from a "fresh" point of view though, it does, in fact, appear to be a progression in the case.

Why they would be only now digging up the VDS residence is of some concern to me (if that what they are in fact doing).  Why now?  Would they still be able to find anything?  Also, I think Paulus (or anyone involved in the case) being allowed on the property during will play a MAJOR part in determining if this is of any real relevance to solving this case.

And you kimmjy?  Your thoughts?  Again, it's DAMN good to see you again!

Hey Third...good to see you!! Based on what I read posted all day it's the Dutch Police a(KLPD) who's driving the investigation now and not the ALE so we may be able to have a degree of confidence that we have not had before...

I think the truck delivered the port a potty, it was on the back of it in an earlier picture.

Natalee Holloway    BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC-TV MyFoxAL.com) -- The investigation into the mysterious disappearance of Mountain Brook teenager Natalee Holloway in 2005 has been renewed.
   Sources tell FOX6 News that Aruban authorities have setup tents and brought in jackhammers to the Aruban home of Paul van der Sloot.
   Paul Van der Sloot is one of several suspects who have been arrested and released during the past two years in the case.  His son, Joran van der Sloot, is the last person known to have seen Holloway alive.
   Joran van der Sloot says he left Holloway alone on a beach after the pair kissed.
   Holloway was 18 when she disappeared during a senior high school graduation trip with other classmates to Aruba in May 2005.  She was last seen leaving a bar with three young men on May 30.
   Dutch marines, the Aruban Coast Guard, the FBI and hundreds of volunteers have all searched the island and coastal areas of Aruba for Holloway, to no avail.

I don't know.  Unless it's an American LE agency, I can't have 100% confidence at all!  I know we have our own shre of "problems", but still...

I've prayed every night for about 2 years to bring justice to Natalee.  Hopefully, those prayers are starting to be answered with today's developments...
