Rob - Take this into consideration.  The Dutch are fairly certain that NH was at the Sloots.  They think she was burried there first then moved.  They take soil samples.  Now they move to the next location they believe she was moved...take soil samples.  They find some of the Sloot soil in location #2. etc

Klaas, just to expand on this, Dompig says she was buried and reburied.. not that I know when to believe him or not, but when the judge and Voking blocked the full search he was pissed and said you always want the maximum. I think it's very possible she was there for a short time and they missing the opportunity to make that initial search and really screwed everything up ~ deliberately.

Well, we wil just have to wait and see. DeVries was sure that she had been at the house. There is alot more info / witness statements out there than the little bitty statements we have seen.

I know the towns in GA. that are being mentioned.I have been to Waycross and the swamp many times.If the fire gets into the peat,well it will burn for years.I think they found something.

Basically, Jossy said in a phone interview that he thought this was significant.  He did say that this could be a way of eliminating another burial place of Natalee.  (This is not an exact quote).  Jossy did not know much more than that except he did say this...

" It puts a different twist on the case and opens up new doors."  

He relates the equipment that was carried in that we already know about.

" They brought with them a jackhammer to break into concrete. Latest detection equipment."

Reporter asks, "Why didn't they do this before?"

Jossy: "Because he (Paulus) refused to have his house searched.  They didn't have the necessary search warrants in place and he always avoided private people like Tim Miller.  This time they went in full force.  They probed into the sand and looked in the wells too."

Jossy thinks they will be back on Wednesday to continue.

That would be great!  Very possible too since today and tomorrow are holidays.
