Perhaps Gerben can help me with this.

I'm really fascinated by the legal aspects of these developments.  NOW the Dutch authorities have authority to enter the PVDS property (likely against his wishes), versus the Aruban authorities being stymied in the past.  Is Aruban or Dutch law in play here?  Certainly, there must be factual developments behind the scenes that justify legally entering somebody's property and tearing it up?  Can this be done solely based on receiving a tip?

And, to take it a step further, if such a tip was received, when are we going to see these bastards in handcuffs - being interrogated to the max by the Dutch team?  If they have a tip that justifies entering and destroying personal property, does that tip not extend to taking suspects into custody?

Well, for one thing, the Venezuela newspaper article stated (headlined, I think) that a "human arm bone" had been found ... it was sent to a coroner in Caracas (?). Unfortunately a major plane crash then happened in Venezuela, and I think Jossy later said it was not human after all. (I may not be correct on this.)

Front Page Article...

The News Paper Bone Pictures that everyone is talking about

Also...
Arm bones
August 15, 2005--  It was reported that the still interconnected human bones of a woman's forearm and hand has been found washed-up on the VENEZUELA Las Piedras beach, near the town Punto Fijo (the southwest side of the VENEZELA peninsula nearest to the west coast of ARUBA, about 18 miles away).

Rob was going to get a doctor to look at the pix. We have a monkey doctor here. Maybe she could look at this.
Alot of new info, rehashing of old.. thinking and lots of it...love it..
..
Paulus was informed of the search of his property when they were there.
No :  May we ? Is it ok ? There was no way he had a heads up on this development. This says to me that all the info is being kept close to the vest. As for his pronouncement that they found nothing, well we'll just have to wait and see.
..
Who knows if he was sweating ? He went away after he saw them in his yard. It in my opinion is just a minor inconvenience to have the NFI in your yard for two days relative to what they have put the Holloway / Twitty family through for TWO years. He is probably thinking of who to sue. The publicity must be awful for them, but Joran wrote the book and invited more negative media attention to shine on his family.

We are keeping our fingers crossed that the KLPD can find enough evidence to re-arrest Joran and Paulus.  We are also hoping they continue searching other areas in Aruba like the Kalpoes.

Today and tomorrow are holidays in Aruba so no telling if anything will be done until Tuesday at the soonest.

You have to wonder why these searches are always being conducted over Aruba's holiday weekends...I mean really.  EVERY TIME.  ???

You would think it would.

I can see their next step now.  News from the Netherlands we called Koen Goettenbos in for questioning (you know they really didn't but they have to make it look good).

Let's hope the Dutch KLPD do not observe Aruban Holidays. Afterall, aren't they (KLPD) now in charge of the investigation & not Aruba ?

JUST POSTED BY EASYWRITER ON THE FRONT PAGE OF SM:

I just recieved a little info I thought I would share with the monkeys.

I can tell you one thing that you’ll be the first person in the U.S. to know: at this time some trucks did arrive behind the light house, with dogs and sophisticated equipment and a search is under way on that spot as I am writing to you. I just send my reporter to the spot to take the necessary pictures and sniff around to see what this new search is all about. They arrived there about fifteen minutes ago.

Klaas,  Monday is the queens birthday holiday and may 1st, tuesday is "labour" day there, so I think it would be Wed. at the earliest.
