ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense attorneys will likely rest their case in her murder trial on Thursday.
Before prosecutors begin their rebuttal, however, another much-talked-about witness is expected to take the witness stand.
Krystal Holloway, who also goes by the name River Cruz, may be called to testify on Thursday. Holloway claimed she and George Anthony
carried on an affair while Caylee Anthony was still considered missing.

Defense May Rest Its Case In Casey Anthony Trial

WFTV’s Legal Analyst Bill Sheaffer believes on rebuttal, prosecutors will attack the defense's strongest witness, Cindy Anthony.

Cindy has tried to take the blame for chloroform searches, but state witnesses could place her at work at those times, leaving just one person home to type chloroform into the family computer: Casey.

“We're going to see two witnesses who worked with Cindy at the hospital, one being a person to rebut this claim Cindy was home at the time of these searches for chloroform,” said Sheaffer.

The state could be calling witnesses on Friday, then by the weekend move to closing arguments, with the jury finally deliberating next week, possibly including July 4.

Casey is charged with first-degree murder, aggravated child abuse, aggravated manslaughter of a child and four counts of lying to law enforcement.

Casey has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in Caylee's death and could face the death penalty if convicted of that charge.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- There is more information being learned about the backgrounds of the two sisters who have spoken to the tabloid media to claim one had an affair with George Anthony, the father of Casey Anthony, who is charged in the killing of her daughter Caylee. I was up till 2am scrubbing our bathroom (we are moving out today and into new place tomorrow) and then slept on the floor with hubby... but hey we're only young once and should be doing that kind of thing, right?
