I don't think KH/RC helped the defense, she seemed to confirm that GA didn't have first hand knowledge of Caylee's death and if he found her drowned and initiated the cover-up, it seems highly unlikely that he instigated any conversation to anyone that might lead into questions about his involvement.

My take on the affair, is who cares, that has nothing to do with kc's charges. It's already been put into evidence that GA attempted suicide, that he went to LE without CA knowing and talked of smelling decomposition in the car and prayed they wouldn't find his daughter and granddaughter when they opened the trunk.........that into account GA is not the first married man to buckle under stress at home and run into the first available skank that will open her door. KH/RC also said she was in a relationship at the time, so besides not caring that GA was married she evidently didn't care about the person she was in a relationship either.

All that aside all I got from her testimony is that GA had thought outloud, didn't actually know for a fact. That he was having an internal battle where the cop in him says his own daughter murdered Caylee and the dad in him reminds him that his daughter that he knows and raised would have never murdered her daughter,  the conflicted sides lead to his thinking that Caylee's death had to have not been intended, so when kc found Caylee dead, she went into an unplanned cover-up, that was just the only thing he could make fit.

I agree with him and have questioned how the prosecution would explain how kc went for the parade of witnesses, all fooled by her lies, convinced she was working because she had knew enough to act out the small details like appearing to go to work every day and after years of being that convincing, she added in a plan to murder her daughter, keep the body in the trunk, in the play house, while she attempted to dig a hole, couldn't so back in the trunk again etc finally putting her in things linked to the house and stealing her dad's gas cans. I think had GA not gotten those back gas cans back, the next plan would have been to burn all of it.

I am back to wondering why the state didn't stack the felony child charges, since the sentence if convicted of being responsible for causing a child's death also can be LWOP.  In this case I think it would have been too. Everything the prosecutions has put out has proven she's a self centered liar, but it also backs up that more than likely she was drugging her kid to sleep and probably putting her in the trunk. She probably thought it was working like a charm, her mom couldn't call her unfit every time kc wanted to go out, her friends didn't know and either did Caylee, who was still asleep when she returned and woke up having no idea.

Again I ask is there anyway to find out what the Florida temperatures were the day kc and Tony spent in bed. If it was 100 degrees I have read inside a car with the windows up it would be 120-130, the trunk at least that if not hotter.

I think even the nonjudgmental juror would have had no trouble harshly judging a mom who she believed had put her own small 2 year old baby in the trunk to begin with, but in the trunk and leaving her on a hot day thus 100% causing her to slowly die in oven temps. I wouldn't be surprised if I later heard she was the juror looking for the DP box to check.

I just hope now this trial doesn't get any jurors hung up on the murder deliberating details the state tried to present and becomes not able to match them up *legally* As in end in all the jury knowing kc's entirely responsible but some not thinking the evidence proves, what their interpretation of the deliberating rules requires, making them say yes she did it, but according the these rules, I can't say she did.

Linda to Cindy:

You didn't euthanize your own pets with chloroform?

You didn't wrap their heads in duct tape?

The reason for wrapping the bags was so they would be compact for burial?

************************************
I would never have thought of taping a dead pet.
me either, but they sure went through alot of pets..

Casey was practicing.

Exactly!!!!

I would have asked Cindy if she ever showed Casey how to use the stove and cook as a youngster. Is there where she learned how to cook Mrs. Anthony? Ok, thank you ... no more questions.

Probably....so that was the stalling with all the pets and stuff.  She needs food in her stomache first.

They are making fun of this on TV - saying bozo is just wasting time and showing his client to be guilty of using the same method -

Casey could come in after lunch since it's not quite noon, and they're breaking for lunch before Baez can say "The Defense Rests"
