It is not good for the PRO. because it only proves that Casey buried caylee as her pets it means that she didn't killed caylee with the duct tape around her mouth as the PRO SAID....it trows away the pro theory

The way I see it and the talking heads on TV see it is that it shows she buried Caylee the same way the pets in the family were buried except as one said "she was too lazy to dig the hole"

exactly..... I think the jury is convinced since day one that she buried the baby....but they didnt know how the baby died accident or homicide. ....the pro said that casey killed caylee duct tapping her mouth and nose...

I am leaning that way too.  That 'new' guy sitting there talking to ICA this morning was 'not' a rookie, whatever his profession is.  He may be a 'defendant testifying' expert or an attorney.  His body language was to 'experienced looking' to be a student IMO.
Anyone mention who he was?  A 2 hour lunch would also give them time to prep her or try to talk her out of it.

I am going with you - I don't think they can talk her out of it.

I'm leaning that way too, and I can see Baez suggesting that they were going to rest (before using the longer lunch for last minute prep of the monster) in hopes that her testifying might catch Jeff and Linda off guard...but that won't happen.  Jeff and Linda are ready either way.

Kiomarie. She told The National Enquirer. Sooo...it's great that River said they were the only media outlet that would let her tell her whole story. She insisted they were credible. I hope to hell the Prosecution can bring up the article with Kio.

I know the state will make chop meat out of her if she takes the stand, but I do not want the jury to hear any of her crap.  I know the state will wash it away on cross, but they will have heard her lie and probably cry about her daughter drowning, her father abusing her, etc.

While I think she is going to take th stand, I don't want her to. I want this trial over. She might be on the stand forever...sigh.

Just got back from driving the kids to pick up report cards.  Did I miss the Ah HA moment?  Why are they talking about bagging and duct taping dogs?

ga and ca used to wrap their dead pets in bags, duct tape them shut, and bury them...and henkel is made in ohio and ga used to live there.

Now...come on...squeeze out a little Ah ha. You can do it if you try really hard.

 

   So the defense just proved that Slore learned how to dispose of dead bodies which started with pets?  When did Bobo jump the broom over to the prosecution side?  I give that a "ha"  I am reserving my "ah"

TWO HOUR LUNCH?

I am thankful.  Three hungry grandkids (8-11) were just dropped off by Dad.  Bacon and Papa's waffles is where it is at and ... then when the trial proceeds ... a video of their choosing will keep them occupied for another two hours.  You feel Guilty-I am suppose to be a my daughters beach house-she keeps asking when r u coming -i just tood her when the defence reat--by rhe way do any of you monkey where I can watch this with my I pad--I have skyfire-but the sites I am going to does not load-I cant watch it on tv my daughter does not want to hear it--it makes her sick

I feel a "little big" guilty but ... only a "little bit".

Casey seemed enamored and quite animated while talking to that guy...

she probably said...

"So, what are you doing for the 4th of July, I should be out of here by then and free as a bird, it's not like I have any snotheaded kids holding me down...what do ya say? Oh and did I mention I haven't had sex in almost 3 yrs (wink, wink)."
