I agree..Casey is insisting on taking the stand..she thinks she can clear all this messy truth up with her lies..and she is going to be trying to gouge out the testimony of everyone that has testified against her..meaning Lee, George and Cindy....

Casey is the type of person who can never just walk away from a fight or insult..she has to have the last word..and I think that she will go after them this afternoon.  She will not go quietly into that dark night..not this woman.

I totally agree with everything you said.  When one of the pundits said that ICA looked over at G&C during River's testimony for the first time, I thought...oh she isn't getting the reaction that she wanted as Sindy didn't storm out and George didn't leave either.  Bet she was pissed that she didn't succeed in twisting the knife.  She definitely wants to bring the all the way down.  MOO.

Aww...too bad Linda didn't get that question in when she was questioning Cindy.  She asked if they had used chloroform on the pets or put duct tape on their mouths.  This would have been a nice question to tag on to that!

There's no doubt in my mind Casey is going to testify. I'll be extremely surprised if she doesn't. She is a classic sociopath. She wonders why people don't believe her lies. In her mind she's going to get up there and clear everything up.

I just don't see how putting a pathological liar on the stand is going to work. It won't. But I say HEY go for it Casey!!

I disagree too if the Antony's duct taped their animals (we do not how) did they show a picture of caseys victims? if the duct tape is part of the burial ceremony in the Antonys.. it means that casey learned from her ancesters and it was an accident (I do not buy it) and she was buring her daughter like her pets, but if that is true i believe that it is more credible that she killed caylee covering her mouth and nose with the duct tape....I really think that she killed cayle with her own hands...and she just duct taped caylee to avoid see fluids coming out from her mouth and nose....I hope I am wrong but it is very weird to duct tape animals even if they are in bags...they can not scape from the bag right? why to duct tape the bags? to keep the bones together?

To keep the smell down so the animals won't dig them up and to get all the air out of the plastic bags so you don't have to dig as big a hole. The whole point in the plastic bag is to keep the smell from coming out where other dogs will dig them up.

I do not think she will testify.  I think the new guy was brought in to talk her out of it.  I really hope I am wrong, but can not see her being that arrogant to think she can continue her lies and deception for a jury when they have not worked so well for her to this point.

Nothing was said regarding pet burial in her August, 2008 interview with investigators ... an interview which took place prior to the discovery of Caylee's remains.

Considering Kiomarie was not called as a State's witness ... maybe investigators deemed her story in the National Enquirer as not credible.

“I immediately realized it meant that Casey had buried Caylee,” Kiomarie told The ENQUIRER in an exclusive interview. “My blood ran cold.”

Casey’s burial was stunningly similar to those of pets she buried in the same spot when she was a child, said Kiomarie.

Kiomarie says she, Casey and their friend Jessica held a funeral for Jessica’s hamster, Sage, when the girls were 13.

“I never wanted to believe Casey could have killed Caylee, but it’s just too much coincidence. The place, the hearts, the bags, the blanket – it all adds up,” says Kiomarie.

“Now I’m convinced that she murdered Caylee and buried her in the same place, in exactly the same way, that we buried our pets.”

Kiomarie..but Blonde..it was not those exact woods.  Caylee was found along Suburan while the girls special hide out and where Kio said Casey buried a pet was at the end of Suburban behind their elementay school..quite a distance away and not even the same side of the road.

I am leaning that way too.  That 'new' guy sitting there talking to ICA this morning was 'not' a rookie, whatever his profession is.  He may be a 'defendant testifying' expert or an attorney.  His body language was to 'experienced looking' to be a student IMO.
Anyone mention who he was?  A 2 hour lunch would also give them time to prep her or try to talk her out of it.

Casey seemed enamored and quite animated while talking to that guy...

You really have to wonder if KC was poisoning any of those animals thru the years.

Oh other ways like slamming them or throwing them. That is a LOT of animals unless they got all of theirs at the dying pet farm. I had a run on dead ones at one time because they all got old at once, but for no older than KC is she seemed to have a lot of burials.
