I think this was all in the making for some time.  Once George found out what the dt was actually going to do, there was a change of heart from George and Lee. However the damage (not so much) was already done.  Cindy will do whatever it takes to spare her spawn. jmo

I believe that was Baez' strategy but it backfired.

Cindy testimony furthered the State's case that ... Casey wrapped Caylee in a blanket and ... put her in a plastic bag.  IMO

LOl..yes Bozo has done a wonderful job for the Pros.  Amazing!  Every one of his experts have verified the state's theory....because it is the truth.  Truth wins the day.

 

Even the grief lady yesterday did more good for the prosecution then the defense. 

Her ending with the cross from Jeff that if a person acted as Jeff described, which was Casey's actions after Caylee was murdered, would signal someone who needed counseling and was not right in the head. 

I also liked her adaptation about the Magical  Thinking Process..because that is exactly how Casey processes things..that if she can magically keep all these lies in the air and these people she has lied to separated from each other..then if she does this long enough everything will be alright..as in no one will ever find Caylee's little body and no one can blame me.  Perfect description of the way Casey's mind works, magical thinking, juggling people and keeping the lies in the air and circulating.

Oh yeah..they are gonna have to duct tape her mouth and duct tape her to the chair if they don't want her to testify.

She has to have her say..she's waited 3 years for this and she is not going to pass it up.

OK, I don't think #CaseyAnthony will testify BUT, yesterday defense said 6 witnesses left. So far only 5 have testified, Casey makes 6?

But I wonder if that 'new' guy that ICA was flirting with went to lunch with them.  He could be prepping her alone.  No use in them 'missing' lunch for her.  They didn't bother to work on her case for 3 yrs...why start now?

If skenky does nto testify, Bozo et al asked for 2 hours, just to get the media speculating and us monkeys chewing our fingers off. 

Question: If they come back from lunch and Baez says defense rests, then what? End of the day til tomorrow? Would they have rested before lunch if that's what they're doing and trying to be dramatic by taking 2 hr lunch? I think it has to be Casey gonna take the stand and I sure hope she does.

Absolutely.  

George has done a lot of things he's not proud of...he's admitted that.  Casey wanted to be sure to take the one thing that he does take pride in (being a cop) away from him by accusing him of committing CRIMES... molesting her, and using that to force her supposed completely innocent azz into a ridiculous cover up of a supposed complete accident...and further by disposing of his beloved granddaughter in a trashy swamp...triple bagged, with duct tape over her nose and mouth (with the final touch of a heart sticker).  She'd make him regret loving Caylee more than her!

Casey's disgust with her parents not sacrificing everything they had to get her out of jail, she blames on George by Baez's question to him regarding that.  The narcissistic beotch was determined to make him regret every day that she sat in jail when she could have been at home "helping them find Caylee".  We all know that when Casey was eventually bailed out by LP, her only concern was herself, it was never about Caylee.  How dare he cooperate with LE, and then act like he cared about her when he'd visit her in jail!

If Cindy hadn't agreed to LIE for the defense, her indiscretions would have also been revealed.  That was the deal...imo.  And even though she agreed to do this, she was still named as the person responsible for leaving the ladder on the pool...and therefore allowing Caylee to kill herself by going into the pool unattended.

One thing that has been stated by many regarding individual family members that is painfully obvious by the chosen defense of Casey Anthony is that she hated each of them more than she loved her precious little girl.

Her own grandmother stated she was afraid that Casey had done something to Caylee because she hated Cindy more than she loved Caylee...this was before the remains were ever found, and to my knowledge when the entire family was still claiming that Caylee was alive.
