no i went back and read most of that depo and she did talk about chlorphyll and maybe a little about chloroform but i cldnt' find ANYTHING where she claimed it was on those specific days and didn't see anything about her disputing her work records.

in the depo i don't remember about  the specific days being asked.  i think cindy on the stand was trying to tie those searches to those specific days.  in my mind cindy could have done a chlorophyl search at some point in her life 12 years ago and then try to insist that THESE searches on THESE specific days had to be hers and the work records were wrong. that is the problem as I see it, her insisting that those searches had to be hers and her work records were wrong - so new issue
