Yes, but all of this is because when Cindy was on the stand as a defense witness she lied.  I wish the judge would say too bad your witness lied..deal with it.

So..they know she lied..the records aren't going to say she didn't lie..they aren't doing this to show she told the truth..they should just give up and admit they reviewed the records and it appears she lied..Simms is an azz about the time difference..school children can do the math for the 1 hour difference between Eastern Standard and Central Time..this is just one more stall tactic that will fail..and they know that already.  Simms nor Baez nor Foghorn is showing any confidence in the fact that given 2 weeks or 2 hours they could find a loophole with the records of Gentiva vs Cindy's lies.

I want to know why Linda did not bring up the fact of the day or 2 after those searches, she left for 2 hours and her time sheet reflects that and why she did not bring up the fact how she spoke about her Mondays (which these searches were done on) is her busies day and she had to stay the whole day?

I agree that Cindy will be looked at as a liar forever.  But then there are people like my mom who think Cindy is doing right by lying to try and protect her daughter Casey.     There is no way I would lie for my son or daughter if they murdered my grandchild. (if I had one)  I might plead for their life and ask for LWOP instead of the death penalty, but to get them off the hook?  No way.

This is no surprise to Cindy.  Remember that famous interview when she explained how a liar does not make a killer.  Something like that?  Well in this case, Cindy's attitude about lies and other behaviors did contribute to making a killer.

And had Caylee lived longer she would have become adept at lies also.  Sad yet true.

Obviously ... Baez realizes that the State has witnesses and records to dispute Cindy's testimony on the stand under oath that she was not at work on the day the chloroform searches were made on the Anthony's desktop computer.

This delay really t's me off.  Those wanna-b attys enjoyed a 2 hour lunch when they could've been on the phone taking care of this and moving this trial along.  I'll bet the pros has worked through many a lunch and well into many evenings.  I really hate sorriness.
