Personally, for me striking testimony means nothing.  The jury heard it, they cannot unhear it. 
What they heard were obvious lies.

ITA..Just like when Linda got out the question about if the used choloform on their pets..it was overruled..but the jury heard it..and you know they were thinking that too.

I agree that Cindy will be looked at as a liar forever.  But then there are people like my mom who think Cindy is doing right by lying to try and protect her daughter Casey.     There is no way I would lie for my son or daughter if they murdered my grandchild. (if I had one)  I might plead for their life and ask for LWOP instead of the death penalty, but to get them off the hook?  No way. 

I agree I couldnt lie on the stand or at all on purposes! Smile I would do the same, beg and let people see me with honor and respect (to tell if I thought it was an accident IF id did whatever I felt). the jury takes that into consideration especially since casey has 0 creditablity

at this point, i wish he wouldn't push for the cans - he doesn't need it and i don't think you could wish for another trial this bad for the defense in a million years.  i would hate to see it become a successful appeal issue when it isn't needed.

I know, mine does too.  3 years is an awfully long time for them to be on the back burner.  I have felt guilty from time to time, even shed tears over neglecting him.  I just have to see this through.  I love that he loves me enough to understand.
