Logic dictates that the State was going verify Cindy's claim that the subpeonaed timesheets were not accurrate and ... would submit witnesses and documentation in the rebuttal process..  Hey ... Monkeys knew it.  Mary Nejames knew it. What was Cindy and Baez thinking?

The defence phase of this trial is one huge obstruction of the justice process.

It is so sad that after 3 years of caylee died everybody will smell part of her....if it is me and I smell that I would be crazy just to know that it is litlle part of my baby

There is carpet from the trunk in the cans with the decomp and they have been brewing anaerobically for 3 yrs   

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to smell it if I was a juror- what do you guys think?

If I were a juror, I may want to. It would end the garbage/decomp arguments to go over.

Not me. I think only those who have smelled human decomp should smell the cans. Others wouldn't know what they are smelling.
