I wonder if she thinks she will be found guilty or if she really thinks she will get off. She will probably have no reactions when the verdict is read
i agree.  i don't think she will.  she is cold and hard. unless she lets it sink in when she hears guilty i don't think she'll cry.  now during sentencing, oh she'll need some serious tissues.

i think we'll see that angry face that day. gonna be uuuuugly.

Cindy left, wonder if she is trying to find proof she was home?

If she had it, she wont have had to lie

ASHTON wants to OPEN THE CANS
Let's do it.

Yep..let Jeff crack open those cans for the jury as the last point of the prosecution case..let's make it clear it wasn't trash..it was death.

Stick the damn open can in KC's cell

if i was a juror and had never smelled death, i wouldn't have anything to compare it to so even though i guess it would smell really really bad i wouldn't know it was necessarily death unless someone who had smelled it told me that it was.  does that make sense.  i wouldn't want to really b/c it wouldn't tell me anything.

It would tell you it wasn't regular garbage.
that is true - at least eliminate the defense argument it was salami wrapping or cheese paper.

Brilliant argument Ashton    Gotta love this guy, he is just spectacular!

He is.  But, I am afraid it won't smell.

the car still smells...the cans do too.

I agree the cans will still have the smell in them, I have a room in my rented trailer that has a smell in it I can shampoo it vac it and with in a few days that room smells like spoiled cabbage again.

I believe that you would know exactly what the odor was if you smelled it.

I thought Baez has argued that it was not human decomp ... he said it was trash/garbage?

Now all of a sudden Baez says its human decomp and the jury cannot smell.

Whats the matter Baez ... Scared?

What's that sound Jose? Its the sound of inevitability.

If Casey is convicted there is no doubt in my mind she is going to receive another trial on appeal.  Baez is beyond incompetent.

good  - i'm glad he is keeping it out.  i don't think they could smell it and only look to eliminate the smell of trash, they'd be looking for the smell of death! Great ruling!

What if the cans don't smell???
There is carpet from the trunk in the cans with the decomp and they have been brewing anaerobically for 3 yrs

I'm pretty sure I wouldn't want to smell it if I was a juror- what do you guys think?
Not me. I think only those who have smelled human decomp should smell the cans. Others wouldn't know what they are smelling.

The first time I smelled human decomp, I didn't have to be told what I was smelling. I could smell it in the hall before entering the room and knew what it was.
I was doing home health, walked in a high rise apt building to do a visit. Got in the pts room and asked him how long he had had that smell in his room. He stated a couple of days. I asked if he had seen all his neighbors and he stated yes but so and so was on vacation. I then called the police stating I smelled what I thought was a dead body. The neighbor that was on vacation was found in their room dead. The entire floor above, below and that floor had to be evacuated for contamination clean up. It's a distinctive smell that isn't forgotten.
