I believe they have convinced her they have created reasonable doubt and she will be found not guilty....I do NOT know if it's true but the rumor has been floated and for months and months that JB has a deal for a book and made for TV movie deal ONLY if it goes through trial...regardless of the outcome. That is why he isn't too concerned about not being paid by the state.....it sure makes sense, cause I doubt he has many new clients

maybe in the 80's he will make money with a movie like this.....I do not think that caseys life will be better than Lord of the ring, new moon...transformers...no way

The cans get opened, I promise you the smell will linger and linger in the room for a long time. The jurors would ask to be moved to a different room because they would all be sick.

Sunny, I don't know about the book deal either, but I agree Bozo has told her he's getting her off. In fact, I think that's how he talked her out of testifying...saying something like, "We're winning, let's leave it". Because I feel she wanted to. And when she is found guilty, she will shoot Bozo evil eyes.

I agree.. but not smell it in the courtroom.. or take the jurors on a fiel trip and at least let them smell the car... I mean I sure as hell wouldnt want to smell it.. I worked with coroners at 911 and they would go on a BODY CALL per~se... and would have to rub Vicks Vapo Rub under their nose before they went to the bodt that was founf in the home. ONE of the coroners thought he was funny.. he would come to the dispatch center.. even though he wore gloves and touched a body.. the smell was STILL on his hands.. and he would stick his fingers under our noses and say GUESS what I had to do before I came in.. OR had a body in his Coroner vehicle and would go through a DRIVE thru window and order food and say OH dont mind him laying back there.. he wont have anything to eat. Sick sense of humor I suppose.

I hate the cans can not be opened if jury asks about them... Anyone of age has by this time has smelled a dead animal in their life time they know the odor of death in my thinking i know what a dead animal smells like.

I have also been around a dead body that has lain a few days before being found and its not pleasant to smell either and garbage or trash which ever you want to use does not smell like the dead does.

But I have for 2 yrs now failed to figure out what smells in the carpet in back room.

i agree.  i don't think she will.  she is cold and hard. unless she lets it sink in when she hears guilty i don't think she'll cry.  now during sentencing, oh she'll need some serious tissues.

She knows whatever the decision, they'll appeal it.

She can appeal until the cows come home..but this trial has gone without a hitch in that area..JP is immaculate in the way he runs his trials and his courtroom.

She will find when the case goes to an appeals panel there will be nothing there and the appeal will be denied.

She didn't just have Baez..she had a whole team ..2 of which are death qualified. 

She had the chance to take the stand and clear up anything she wanted to ..she didn't. 
She could have taken her families advice from day one and get another lawyer..she didn't. 

No one is going to find Cheney Mason or Ann Finnel incompetent in their representation of Casey..no one.
