The punishment WAS harsh -- but just think if this had caused a mistrial if the jury had seen it?!?! I wonder who caught it and busted the kid idiot?

So the prosecution goes tomorrow for the rebuttal. 

Does the defense then get to cross the prosecutions rebuttal witnesses?  Please say no..or we will be here Tuesday waiting for the jury instructions for deliberation.

And if the jury were to start deliberation on Saturday..does that mean no break for them on Sunday to be with there family visitors?   

Or if the jury deliberates Saturday and gives a guilty verdict Saturday..then can they have Sunday off for friends and family or does court go into session Sunday so the defense can do their penalty phase mitigation ?  It seems like the defense has been mitigating all along..but I think they get a shot at calling people that make her seem pitiful and in need of LWOP vs DP or lighter sentence.

OK, what did Rosebud tell Bobo in the hall that he now wants additional work records???

That was the day they picked up the death mobile..so Cindy left work to meet George at the towyard.  She also then returned to work ..told her super and co workers abut the car and still no Caylee/Casey and the smell.  Thye said leave and go find Casey and get to the bottom of this.

What do you want to bet out of the goodness of their heart they paid Cindy for the full day..and she is going to go got you.  But a super can decide to do that in an emergency situation..which July 15th was...but the days in March of the computer searches were not.  

Gentiva can go further than 'just' the timecard...they can verify with their computer records as one of our Monkeys told us (she used to work for Gentiva).  Sindy would have to document all orders that she would have to pass on to the home nurses that were on her team.  

The would also have copies of any emails she sent that day which most likely there are some during the time she was supposed to be at her house. I am betting there are a lot of things she did on that computer during that time period they will document.

If I were Cindy, I would just say I lied to try to cover up for KC and beg the court's mercy.

Bet he won't think 6 days in the county jail is gonna  damn funny!! Bet his Momma slaps the crap outta him for embarrassing her  

I hear ya Sunny..if that was my son..I'd have to send my husband to jail to escort him home in 6 days..I wouldn't be able to keep my mouth shut or my hands off him..

 I wouldn't give my husband the chance to get "to him first." One of mine probably would beg them to keep him in jail rather than let me have him.

I had one who was picked up with a guy who was arrested on DUI and even though they released him because he had not been drinking, he refused to call me to come get him and talked a detective into taking him home so I would not know. LOL

Wonder if this guy did it on a dare from his buddies or something stupid?

Maybe he thought he could get away with it seeing as Bozo and ICA did the same thing during a hearing break and it was caught on camera. Anyone remember that little episode? Different now that the trial is underway and the jury was present. I think maybe if JP had reined the DT in during pre-trial hearings and motions, some of these nutjobs wouldn't be so bold....JMHO

bozo up to this point has had every mistrial request thrown out. The idiot(he's 28 and not a kid) says he could pay the fine right now but has 150 in checking and 12 in savings. I question whether this was a hail mary pass on bozo for a mistrial

As you get this letter, there should be no surprise that I have decided to leave the earth, because I need to be with Caylee Marie.

I cannot keep on going because it should be me that is gone from the earth, not her.  I haven lived many years.  I am satisfied with my decision because I have never been the man you, Lee, Casey and especially Caylee Marie deserved. 

I have never been the man any of you could count on.  I have always let each of you down in more ways than I can remember.  I do not feel sorry for myself.  I am just sorry that I burden all of you the way I have.

My loss of life is meaningless. 

Cynthia Marie, you have always worked  the hardest, given the most to me, and I have never “Thanked You”.  28+ years ago, you corrected me, A man who has never found his identity in life.  What I mean is, you always challenged me the right way, and I always could never live up to  your expectations.  You have always been smarter, more knowledgeable & thought things thru.  I love you for that.
