If he was sentenced to 6 days (I didn't see or hear the situation) but I am assuming it will be for contempt of court and there is no bail for that. He will get to spend his 6 full days and they count them in 24 hour periods from the time he goes into jail  So long SUCKER !!

I had to stop reading after "I have never been the man you all deserved" I am crying and heartbroken. Those 2 witches probably made him feel worthless all the time. George may be a little weak but he loved that little girl so much! I don't think I will ever look at him the same after his meltdown on the stand. What Casey has put him through is monstrous and I hope George will meet Caylee again in the afterlife, because unfortunately she won't be meeting up with Casey.

*I only say unfortunate because Caylee probably did love her mama and was confused by why mama was making her sick with chloroform and why she killed her

Cindy and Lippman just left the courtroom together, George remained inside.

I had to run out and missed the answer, but I am guessing JP let the work records in and Cindy is now needing to talk to Lippman about how to keep from being prosecuted for her LIES they have caught her in on the stand,

Why did Cindy not anticipate a challenge from the prosecution when she revealed that her timesheets were not accurate?  What about Lippman or ... it is some akin to Mark NeJame and Brad Conway ... she doesn't adhere the advise of ANYBODY.  Something akin to Casey ... she has to be in control.

Cindy was IMO following Baez's advice. They knew they had to get rid of that premeditation.  She was just going to take her chances. Possibly thinking she would not get caught, if she got caught poor grieving granny, or  ??

Maybe he thought he could get away with it seeing as Bozo and ICA did the same thing during a hearing break and it was caught on camera. Anyone remember that little episode? Different now that the trial is underway and the jury was present. I think maybe if JP had reined the DT in during pre-trial hearings and motions, some of these nutjobs wouldn't be so bold....JMHO

Captain Bozo sealed his OWN fate this afternoon! When he was arguing the State should have KNOWN Cindy was going to lie  -- he was basically saying HE knew she was going to lie as well. That should get him sanctioned/disbarred as well.

JP was not a happy camper .......especially this late in the game....he gave him what he felt was just considering what his job is was and the amount he made.

I hear ya Sunny..if that was my son..I'd have to send my husband to jail to escort him home in 6 days..I wouldn't be able to keep my mouth shut or my hands off him..

 I wouldn't give my husband the chance to get "to him first." One of mine probably would beg them to keep him in jail rather than let me have him.

I had one who was picked up with a guy who was arrested on DUI and even though they released him because he had not been drinking, he refused to call me to come get him and talked a detective into taking him home so I would not know. LOL

I am not sure that either ICA or Bozo & Co had the collective knowledge of the intricacies of database storage and longevity of such records.  I am sure that Cindy was confident that after three years, all records of her existence at Gentiva would have been been as long gone as the smell of decomp in KC's pants.  Unfortunately, she had no way of going back and either checking or flushing those records, as someone apparently attempted to do with the internet search history.  I think she believed she could get by with this deceit as easily as she has been able to get away with other "mistruths."  Again, the apple didn't fall far from the family tree.

If I were representing this kid, I would have better explained that he was just checking wind conditions from the A/C in courtroom and better explain his arthritic condition which causes his middle finger to suddenly jut out at times.

I sent it to Mark Nejame  and although he was incensed he said since it was on a break and not in front of the jury the judge would not do anything about it...he explained how sometimes even the judge had to bite his tongue   I am sure that was pointed towards one of my rants!!!

This is bugging me in a serious way,
She said she hadn't been at work since July 15, the day they go the car back.
Or, was she doing this all along ?
Where I work, the work is time stamped by the computer, like when I do a file, etc and my name is on it. No choice, it is automatic. and I usually don't delete my emails except when the box looks rather full. Right now, I have + 1175 that I need to keep for various reasons. When I delete them, they go into an archived server and the IT peeps can get them if they need to for various reasons.
