There was NOTHING that George wrote on that suicide note that furthered Baez' allegations against George in his suicide note ... quite the contrary.

Baez' attempt to cast reasonable doubt in regards to the State's case against Casey Anthony by implying that the yet to be released note was the smoking gun was sooo deceptive.

Geo was lieing, was in her bed and took her money
River says several weeks after she was sleeping with him he was in hosp
Sent him a text not to visit the hosp as everyone would know who he was
Prosecution has all those text messages
Her sister was not living with her at the time
Sister was not in jail at the time, was arrested when she was volunteering at KFN tent
Sister did time in Bedford Hills and Orlando
River not making any money off of this unlike Geo and Cindy
River is paying for it too, not coming off like she has no feeling, she tried to committ suicide, everyone trashed her, feels like she is going through it again
No one is giving her time to explain
She is so sorry she had affair with married man, she paid for it, her children paid for it, Geo needs to take responsibility for it as well, she is still paying for it

Baez is asking the judge if he can serve a subpoena to the Gentiva guy that is going to testify for the state. The judge says they can. Frank George said that the guy from Gentiva said that he can't get the records for the defense till next Thursday due to the 3 day weekend.  The judge said it is what it is and court is recessed until tomorrow morning.

Does this mean they will wait to give the case to the jury until these records can be retrieved?  I have run out of words for CA.

NO, the judge said at the close today for the jury to expect to start deliberations on Sunday. 

The DT just wanted a long weekend. They don't like to work and I bet they thought they could stall the trial. Not only did they know Cindy would lie on the stand about the computer searches, I think they instructed her to do so....MOO

I'm sure they said something along the lines of we need get the DP off the table by saying someone else besides Casey was searching chloroform on that computer. JMO

I have been thinking about this... George sounded like the pet wrapping was a surprise, Cindy seemed to expect it.
Then they are out in the hall with Bobo... so does George get pretend angry at Bobo on the stand? WTF is wrong with these people?? If Bobo accused me of all this crap, and my wife wanted to pow wow in the hallway, I would be telling them to go f** themselves..

Baez' objection to the State's rebuttal witnesses and documentation implies he knows Cindy will be exposed as a defence witness who perjured herself to distance her daughter from those cloroform searches.  In other words ... it is all about protecting Casey from the consequences of her actions ... it is all about preventing justice from prevailing for Caylee Marie.

Are there not legal consequences for those who attempt to disrupt the justice process through false testimony while under oath?

I sure didn't see any tears and if she thinks anyone is going to feel sorry for her, she's sadly mistaken, she sought out whatever trouble she found and IF George had sex with her, then good to know he has balls after all.

One thing is for sure, though.

George can't deny the security gate records and text messages. I have known people who have gotten divorced over a lot less.

He should have been looking for Caylee.... not buying guns to threaten people and hanging out with Krystal-Slash from Guns 'N Roses.

I also don't like him because he spells crazy with a K. (see suicide note)

Says neither Lee or Geo looked at her when she walked out of court today but Cindy did and she stared Cindy down as she wants Cindy to know the truth
She had to buy many phones like Geo did

She sounds like she's on a mission of revenge.

Like that snarky comment she threw in while on the stand - something about - I expected to be treated better since I was sleeping with George.
