Is anyone else feeling let down that KC didn't testify????   I wanted to hear Jeff or Linda cross examine her....

Cubbee...whew! thank goodness I thought I was the only one feeling disappointed,,,

I had hoped she testified as well. I think it would have been used in psych and legal classes for years to come. Forget the State who would have ripped her apart. I think Baez could have had an impossible time controlling her n direct.

Sunny...you are not alone... I was psyched and much disappointed that she did not testify....It would have been EPIC !
Sons girlfriend looked at me so disappointed and said, " I wanted to hear what she had to say"....

Spectator Matthew Bartlett was chastised by Judge Belvin Perry after flipping off prosecutor Jeff Ashton on Thursday, June 30. Although the jury did not see the gesture, Perry found the man guilty of criminal contempt of court and sentenced him to 6 days in jail and fined him $400.

George can't deny the security gate records and text messages. I have known people who have gotten divorced over a lot less.

He should have been looking for Caylee.... not buying guns to threaten people and hanging out with Krystal-Slash from Guns 'N Roses.

I also don't like him because he spells crazy with a K. (see suicide note)

George is a toad.

I agree carpe...and I know I am in the minority....but I believe MOST of what River said....I believe they had a sexual involvement, I believe she gave him money and he took it, the LE  tracked her down...she did not go to them....her sister is the one that contacted NE.....I could go on but most have already tarred and feathered her....I will say this I talked to her several times and her story had never changed.

I agree.  I also think that George had nothing to do with Caylee's death or disposal.  I believe he may have said that he "believed" it was an accident that snowballed out of control.  I haven't liked George or Cindy from day one and have never said otherwise.   I think they are both despicable.

I have been thinking about this... George sounded like the pet wrapping was a surprise, Cindy seemed to expect it.
Then they are out in the hall with Bobo... so does George get pretend angry at Bobo on the stand? WTF is wrong with these people?? If Bobo accused me of all this crap, and my wife wanted to pow wow in the hallway, I would be telling them to go f** themselves..

I also I wonder if casey put heart stickers on them, after she killed all of her pets

Yes..I was very dissapointed..I was not thinking she'd take the stand until the last coupla days..and then I felt sure she would..it's been so downhill for the defense....and I thought she thought she could clear this all up and give advice along the way, the way she did with all her friends.

I wanted to see the prosecution eat her for a snack and then spit her out because she was past her expiration date!

Casey missed her chance...and she will definitely regret this..in her mind once the guilty verdict is read..it will be everyone else's faught..wait that is how she operates..shades of Cindy..so she thinks she can let it rip on appeal...or with Geraldo in her jailhouse video not ready for primetime slot.

I am holding out hope for first degree, but I really feel it will be 2nd degree...anything less and I will feel like Caylee was not served the justice she deserves

Personally, for me striking testimony means nothing.  The jury heard it, they cannot unhear it.

well unless it's one of those rare cases with a juror attempting to make deliberation into an exact science, complete with a detailed chart that shows the requirements of each and every aggravating and mitigating factor, followed by detailed proof showing how they met every single one-witness, day, exact quotes etc-and that juror views the stricken testomony as crucial to their being able to check one or more of the aggravating and mitigating factors. A person that needs exact-PERIOD... A=A....a=a....but can't be convinced A=a.
