If you look at these checks you will see by the signature that Cindy signed VERY FEW of them. Most of them were KC's forgeries. They start on page 62 I think.

Did you read the letter from Curtis Johnson is this bunch of documents?? Do you think it's credible or not?

Does anyone recall in the first week or so that the trial started there was a nutter that came out and did something ( I wish I could remember what but it is all melding together right now; he started a website maybe??) .  We found his FB and he turned out to be a young black man from the Orlando area.  Does anyone recall why were looking at him and who he was?  TYIA.

And I believe he filed a motion, which the judge denied, and then blocked him from filing any more motions ever again in this case.

If KC wrote hundreds of checks on Cindy's acct we have yet another reason for those two to be going at it in June.  Cindy was dealing this KC robbing her blind and then BAM, she steals from grandma.  No wonder Cindy was choking her.

I don't get it.  She gets her statements every month, sees the checks clearly not signed by her, and just lets it go?  

I think KC being home during the day when everyone was gone was getting the mail. I also think the reason they never got the registered letter in a timely manner was the postman usually puts it in the box and she took it too thinking it had something to do with the bank. If he had not posted it on their door, most likely they still would not have that car.

I would assume so.  When I worked in an office, I had to punch out for lunch and punch back in when I got back.  I don't think I had to punch out for breaks though.

My sister just showed me a clip of the Caylee funeral where George spoke. It made me cry. He talked about how Caylee could instantly cheer him up by getting in his face and saying "JoJo! Grandpa JoJo!" and how he and Caylee would eat popcorn out of her special Spongebob bowl, and how she loved green beans, and how he would sing the Spongebob song with her. He also said they would dance around the house and everyone would tell him to grow up, but he said when you're around a small child, you become a child at heart. He also taught her the "you are my sunshine" song. I was sobbing uncontrollably.

I can't imagine anyone accusing him of hiding caylee's body. He is the LAST person I would suspect in any foul play involving Caylee. She was the light of his life. Casey and Baez are absolute monsters for trying to blame him.

Did anyone catch what Lippman just said on NG?  I heard him say that they have found banking records of Cindy's for March 17th that proves she was at Bank of America the day she was doing Chlorophyll...urm chloroform...erm Actaeon...erm had a neck breaking pop up and that the said bank records were given to the Dufense?  did he say Dufense?  How does he know it was Cindy?  Casey was using the charge cards at that time and had no qualms writing bad cheques of Amy's and writing cheques from grandma Plesea.  What are they cooking up?

Using the link, I looked over all the checks Casey wrote off Cindy's account Dec. 2007-March 2008.  Logic dictates (hat tip to Janet, Tamikosan) that there was some kind of blow up at the Anthony house as Casey literally blew through multiple hundreds of Cindy's dollar each month.  Logic also dictates that this is tied into Casey's March chloroform, household weapons, self-defense, neck-breaking, shovel, and Missing Children research on the family computer with her password protected log-in. Motivation, anyone?  Judging from the dates on the checks, as well as the amounts, it appears Casey's daytime job was personal shopper.  I wish that just a few of those businesses had surveillance tapes during that time period that LE could check for Caylee's presence (or likely absence) and whether purchases were for Caylee.  For someone who provided nothing for Caylee (as George and Cindy both initially testified to in individual depos, as well as George's suicide note), Casey certainly did a lot of shopping at Target, Walgreens, and Ross from December 2007-March 2008.  Now, I'm wondering if she was chloroforming Caylee, leaving her at home in her room, with that childproof door handle on the inside of the door, while she shopped. I hope I'm wrong. These checks prove to me that Cindy knew Casey had no job.  An employed event planner, living at home, paying for nothing wouldn't need to steal $400-$600 from her mom's account on a monthly basis. Cindy had to have known each time she balanced that checkbook, each time she got an overdraft notice or call.  JMO
Oh, and one more thing, if Casey's indigent, can someone please tell me how come she has 17-19 different shirts for court?  She has more shirts than most women we know. Last time I checked, neither money nor shirts grew on trees, yet she seemed to get both. LOL

I would assume so.  When I worked in an office, I had to punch out for lunch and punch back in when I got back.  I don't think I had to punch out for breaks though. 

I use my break time to go to the bank very often ..but with sinsin's family i imagine she used to go there very often, it is easy to know for how long her compter wan inactive...or if she deleted all her emails IT will recover them...it can take a little while to get them...last year i los emails from my computer and I called IT to recover them..IT had to call an special company to recover my emails, it took 5 weeks or more and not all of mails were recovered...
