Did Baez not anticipate that in cross examination by the prosecution ... the following segment of Krystal's interview with authorities would not be an issue.

Krystal's words dispute the defence's opening statement that implies that George was present when Caylee met her demise and ... participated in her disposal.

I am disappoint that the judge would not allow Jess to continued.
