It is not good for the PRO. because it only proves that Casey buried caylee as her pets it means that she didn't killed caylee with the duct tape around her mouth as the PRO SAID....it trows away the pro theory

I think this is what Lee talked to the Defense about but not the Prosecution.

I think that Cindy told Baez all these details ..he spoke to her sometime about this..he even said to her on the stand , "and we talked about this you told me..."

So rather Casey first told Baez or Lee told Baez doesn't matter..it is a point for the prosecution..it shows she knew how to bury things...she treated her daughter with less respect then the family treated their pets in death.  This would really make me give her the DP and take out all question of guilt in my mind...but that's just me.
