She knows whatever the decision, they'll appeal it.

She can appeal until the cows come home..but this trial has gone without a hitch in that area..JP is immaculate in the way he runs his trials and his courtroom.

She will find when the case goes to an appeals panel there will be nothing there and the appeal will be denied.

She didn't just have Baez..she had a whole team ..2 of which are death qualified. 

She had the chance to take the stand and clear up anything she wanted to ..she didn't. 
She could have taken her families advice from day one and get another lawyer..she didn't. 

No one is going to find Cheney Mason or Ann Finnel incompetent in their representation of Casey..no one.

AMEN!!  I thought this was worth high lighting and deserved a big AMEN!!!!

Cheeky, I respectfully disagree.  The same could be said for most evidence.  Jurors come from all walks of life with different experiences.  Show me a jury who hasn't been influenced by someone with a different life experience.  Each juror was told they could view and draw conclusions about witnesses and evidence at their own discretion.  When deliberations start some jurors will try to influence others.  It is the only way to get a verdict.  Horrible pictures (visual) and terrifying 911 tapes (audio) are entered into evidence in every courtroom in America. Jury's witness murder scenes filled with blood and gore, they also must endure horrific details about rapes and murders.   We use all of our "senses" to make decisions and draw conclusions, not just some.  I think Ashton could have put up a better fight.  However, I don't think it will matter since they have had so many witnesses testify that it was decomp., however that shouldn't have had a bearing on whether it was admissable.

The prosection will use this as a dying declaration, meaning that when someone is about to die, they have nothing to lose by telling the truth and usually do. Every state includes the dying declaration in their courts as evidence. This is also true for federal courts.

Here is the rub; did George write anything useful for the prosecution?

Clothing items that were seized being discussed with CI tech on the stand

I bet they found lots of 24 mos and 2T's in Caylee's drawers that were her 'current' clothes...not the bin Sindy used to put the 'too small' ones for the garage sale.

And Cindy's idea of saying she put the too small clothes in a bin was not that much evidence of anything. 

Casey lived there for goodness sake..she was the child's mother and could take clothing out of the bin if she wanted to and keep it with her in the car for when they stayed with others or for changes when Caylee got dirty..it proved nothing.

Cindy always acted like she was the Queen of the house and everyone and everything went as she said..if we believe her in that, then why is her granchild dead?

 Because she made rules that Casey didn't follow..she put clothing out for being too small..Casey grabbed it for changes..so what Cindy.  Fit.. not fit..those are the clothes your grandchild was wearing in her swampy grave..and you can't change that fact.
