The brick color sections here looks lice cement instead of wood fencing. Look at the size of that dog, bet he'd make noise with people coming and going, loud mufflers etc. Neighbors had to have heard something going on......

look at the gentleman's hands...one below one up high... they are looking to see if someone was thrown over the concrete wall or if someone could have received a fatal blow by falling off that wall.

They have some type of info that something happened on / at that particular wall.

This is very specific info and will confirm or deny a story told by someone very close to this case.

Makes you wonder what those boys were doin at 2:30 AM when the Gardener scared the hell out of them??????????????Where was Natalee? Was the person in the back seat leaning over her?????????Klaaaaas???? Very Happy

Very well could have been.  I know for a fact Deepak was very worried about the gardener witness.  The gardener witness did see them.  Were they trying to figure out what to do with a dead Natalee?

Likely at this time they decided they would have to let Paulus in on things.

Yep - Papa could have told VAL to get online using Joran's ID

Well, the time fits in that case...Natalee was either in distress or already dead at 3:35 that morning.  They were trying to establish a timeline to cover their butts.  That is why you see this in Joran's 6/14 statement:
I was dropped off at my house by Deepak on May 30th 2005 at approximately 03.45. When I was getting out I asked him if he would go "on-line" again. Deepak answered me that he would. I also told him that I would call him tomorrow. I had asked Deepak if he could pick up the shoes I left behind at the beach. Deepak told me that he would immediately go and get them. Then Deepak drove off.

I don't think Deepak mentions the offer to retrieve Joran's shoes in any of his statements.  He mentions Joran's shoes, but I don't think in this context.

I can't tell if that's true or not Klaas . Wonder what he is measuring for?

Don't know, but in that hot climate, I notice he has no perspiration stains.   Shocked  Maybe distance from one of the buildings, the wall or their last dig.

He needs to give Paulus the name of his deodorant!

Did Paulus really google the drug info?

Already??You think she died that quickly? That would explain the blood in deepak's car and why they freaked out. But that would mean Natalee got off no phone calls and satish asking about what happened to the girl was BS. That means that the Diario report was false that they all freaked out because NH wasnt waking up.

That 2:30 sighting of them throws everything off. If they go to the house at 1:40AM but back in the car at 2:30AM----Something is still missing here--

I don't think we can put much stock in the gardener's story any more. He may have been off on times, he may have been too drunk to think coherently, he may well have flat-out lied.

The focus obviously is on the VDS HOME, NOT the beach.

No matter how scared Deepak may be of the guy, he might not be a threat to Deepak at all.

But then like for the cesspool they would be measuring on the ground and not up high.

I don't know what he is doing.

Klaas

I am 38 pages behind, but you mentioned "The DutchLady" might have been on item 4... I can't find this.

I hope it is THE DUTCHLADY. I have missed her so much. Thanks, IBE

I remember a story early in the saga that Natalee fell while trying to escape from the Sloot dump over a gate.
