Jossy says the search was brought about by the team that came a few months ago.  They reviewed the material they carried with them.  They made recommendations and now they have these experts down here.  Jossy says they are starting all over again.  

They are starting fresh and don't want to be influenced by anyone.


Jossy says the first time the local authorities did not get permission they asked for by the judge.  They were only given a limited warrant.

The warrant this time was to search the entire property.

Jossy says a press release has been issued by the minister of justice.  The statues do not apply in a murder case.  He says it is already happening.  Joran will remain a suspect.
