That would be a mistake.

If Cindy is given a pass in regards to perjury ... in regards to attempting to obstruct the investigative process ... then a precident has been established that emplies that all mothers of defendents can do likewise.

Sound something akin to the Aruban justice syste.

See, this is what upsets me. I really wish she'd be charged with perjury but she probably won't be. Cindy did worse than plain perjury. She didn't just answer yes or no, she added info with the hand sanitized, dogs & bamboo, chlorophyll, etc. She made stuff up & lied to derail a criminal trial. She should get in trouble. The public should demand it. The tax layers of Florida should demand it.

They sure should. Hey, if that kid who was scratching his nose with his middle finger has to spend 6 days in jail.........Cindy should go to jail for perjury.
They can do it but I really I have my doubts about it...gentiva will not do it...because they will spend more money in their lawyers than getting some from the sinsin pinochia. Now a employee may take her to court for lying and difamation ...at leat she will loose her house....
