See, this is what upsets me. I really wish she'd be charged with perjury but she probably won't be. Cindy did worse than plain perjury. She didn't just answer yes or no, she added info with the hand sanitized, dogs & bamboo, chlorophyll, etc. She made stuff up & lied to derail a criminal trial. She should get in trouble. The public should demand it. The tax layers of Florida should demand it.

Absolutely!  

To not pursue perjury charges against her here just lays the foundation for others to do the same.  This was intentional and blatant.  Think about just how many people have watched this all unfold.  Not that it's right in any case, but a lot of people will be watching to see what happens (if anything) when this trial is over.

It's ova.  He questioned today during the State's rebuttal.  That's all they get.

No, that is not true...they could do a surrebuttal but it must be only on issues that were brought up in the State's rebuttal.  Realistically, what or who would they bring on to waste more time with.   If they grill Yuri some more the time frame Bozo tried to get in does not match what was brought up in the State's rebuttal (June - July).   No word yet if they are, still in sidebar

I wonder if the talking heads, such as JVM and NG are going to refer to Cindy as the "Grieving grandmother" time and again tonight.  I don't think I can bear to hear that one more time.  Her bending over double on the stand didn't impress me at all.  Just more acting.  I think she should be in a cell right beside her daughter so she can endlessly berate Casey and Casey can't get away, and so she can't get at George and Lee.  God help me, I hate that woman.

Sea- I was thinking the same thing. I don't believe what's left of this family wil remain intact. I think George and Lee have reached the end of the line with Casey's lying and murdering ways and Cindy's delusions. After this is all said and done I see George leaving Cindy behind and starting over. While he's far from perfect, after reading his suicide note, I think at the very least, he has been emotionally and psychologically abused by both Cindy and Casey. Lee is sick and tired of being ignored, he's tired of covering up for his family's dysfunction and divorcing himself from his role in the family as their red-headed step child. I wish George and Lee the best and may Cindy rot in hell with her murdering princess slore...

ITA!!  She has lied throughout and covered up by washing the shit in ICA's car.  Telling the public to get off their asses and go find her granddaughter but wouldn't give Tim from Equisearch anything to help him search. 

Yep..I would really love to see them go after her for perjury.  I would love to have them go after her for evidence tampering too..with cleaning the car, the slacks..

JP is with the jury and the court reporter, I guess court will be over for the day and closing will be on Sunday. Of course Baez can argue about the surrebuttal now I guess
