Cindy should not get a break, she tried to frame others into the murder of Caylee.. She was an active participant in this cover up..  She would of accused and tried to frame everyone, police, other friends to save Casey.. I would never try to have someone accused of something that someone in my family did.  She has hurt a lot of people, maybe not kill anyone that we know of but she has hurt a lot of innocent people and was very vile in some of the things she said about others when protecting someone that killed Caylee.. Well I don't see why anyone will give her a pass..

It's ova.  He questioned today during the State's rebuttal.  That's all they get.

Good..I had shades of Dr Spitz in front of my eyes............his questions were not worth the time lost this morning from he and his team needing more time once again!  He is not only a lame attorney he is wasteful and disrespectful of others time and circumstances.

No, that is not true...they could do a surrebuttal but it must be only on issues that were brought up in the State's rebuttal.  Realistically, what or who would they bring on to waste more time with.   If they grill Yuri some more the time frame Bozo tried to get in does not match what was brought up in the State's rebuttal (June - July).   No word yet if they are, still in sidebar
