All of us watched Cindys lies for 3 years
Even if she doesnt get prosecuted for perjury,
I will be satisfied knowing she helped convict KC     ::justice2NJ::

I think that she will commit suicide...at the bigining she was the person that call 911 and  now with her lies her daughter will be fried!!!

I always thought to myself and still think that George will commit suicide after this. Cindy is like Casey. She lives in deep denial and is too narcissistic to harm herself. I have a bad feeling George & Cindy will split... Cindy will go on to write her book (and unfortunately make money) and George will go bye bye. He's already at the brink.  He lost his granddaughter, he'll have the stigma of being an adulterer AND a child molester, he will lose his daughter, then his wife, then he'll be gone. I hate to say that, I do but unless he gets serious help I don't see him lasting too much longer.

For a case that had "LWOP" wrritten all over it at worse case scenario, Cindy AND the DT put the death penalty right back into play. Totally hurt casy more than helped her. They probably COULD have gotten a 30 year sentence if they would have plead out.

I missed ALL of todays testimony and am not watching the vid's on WFTV, and wondered is it just me or did Bozo impeach his own witness (per his standards anyway) when they were arguing about Michael Warrend rebutting Spitz testimony about the cranil wash etc.....he stated that Dr. Warren can't identify what was in the skull (organic nor inorganic) just by looking at it.......isn't that EXACTLY what Spitz testified to when he talked about it being brain dust, yet never tested it?

What..that makes no sense and if I were a juror I would be very angry.  Sunday is their only day for family and friends to visit.

The jury should atleast have Sunday with their families..

Im pretty sure CJBP will make arrangements for them.   In fairness, the closings have to be finalized by both sides

Do they than go straight into deliberations after that?  Please, please say yes.

Then I think they should have done their closings July 4th.  The Jury has to be there anyway..and Sunday is their day.

I really think that shows great disrespect for the jury.  They have been without their family and friends and children for all this time.  They are going to miss another family holiday..all for this murderess.  I dare say some of these people's relationships will not be intact when this is over. That is very typical of these high profile trials. This is a long time for couples to be separated and unable to communicate well with each other.    There will be relationships of the jury members that will take a hit due to the length of this trial..that's an unfortunate given.  The lady who needed to be done by July 4th because she was going to abroad and the house was already rented is a perfect example..I am sure her family is not happy with this...and I bet they go without her.

None of this was the jurors doing, they were exemplary.  Every time the dt screwed things up, the prosecution and the jury were punished for it.  Let them see their families or take a vote on it, at the very least.

They could have the "Family Day" tomorrow instead ??

or..let's see. They have closing arguments on Sunday..jury deliberates for 10 minutes or so Sunday night..first thing Monday morning, GUILTY ! and CJBP invites them all over to his house for a BBQ with their families

I bet he would throw one heck of a party !!

Yep..at one point it was reported early in the case, don't know if true, that Casey had also rung up over $40,000  in debit with her Mom's checks and CREDIT CARDS.  And on top of that George's gambling debts were garnished from her pay..per Foghorn.  I don't know what they actually had left to live on if all that is true..but it must have been an up hill battle trying to keep ahead of George and Casey's spending.....and then Cindy covers for her..why wouldn't Casey think Cindy would cover for her in this too..and damn if she didn't.

He made his own witness out a liar because Dr. Warren had already washed the skull with saline as did Dr. G. which tells there was never any brain dust to begin with in the skull.

Fortunately one of the jurors is an IT so he can help the others understand it although I do think the prosecution and the IT witness did a great job of keeping it simple enough that even the Farmville lady will understand it
