Star I believe Casey was crying when they were discussing Caylee's skull again today(?) in rebuttal. Also there's been much talk that no prosecutor is going to go after Cindy for perjury charges, but I believe that you have up until a year to file charges. I'm not entirely sure though, maybe someone can correct me. I doubt she'll get in trouble

thanks, well they should file charges on cindy for Wasting time! and money on all this.

He gave that kid 6 days for giving Ashton the finger.  Cindy has been giving everyone the finger for 3 years!  She needs to be charged!

Sea, I'm still trying to find something. But I think the jury gives their recommendation (Death, Life) and the judge makes the final decision. Another monkey might know better

I think you're right.  I read on here somewhere that the judge makes the ultimate decision, but he must give heavy consideration to the jury's recommendation.

I think he may spare her death, But then again maybe he cant because of all the evidence and lies. He has to do the right thing.

The extent Cindy took the lies is just sickening.

I hope someday she comes to the realization that the lies she told to try to save Casey were a total betrayal to Caylee. And then I hope she is ridden with guilt because she won't be able to take it back. Sorry if that sounds mean and cold but maybe I'm a spiteful biotch.

I think Cindy is the one that proved she was a "spiteful beotch" during this trial....IMO

bozo should get down on his knees and Thank God that Judge Perry was the presiding judge in this case. A less patient judge would have come down off the bench and beat the he!! out of this idiot that thinks he's a smooth talking, short little stud muffin.

I wonder if a perjury conviction would prevent Cindy from profiting any further from caylee's death?

I doubt it.  It might make for a better movie.  According to the 2 stupid idiots JVM and NG "who can blame her".  I will.

Sorry for all these picture posts, but I'm soooooo sick of looking at her smiling face.  These new sad-face pics are making me so happy today.

Why and when did Casey Cry anyone know?

Maybe this was when she found out there would be no mistrial or aquittal?
(I am on meds for inner ear infection, some of it I didn't catch.  )

WOW.

She's thinking, "No more Taco Bell, boys, chili dinner, booze, tattoos, Target, the sun, the sky...the ability to manipilate all those around me..."

That's right, Casey.  Say hello to cold showers, no A/C, being told what to do 24/7, learning to keep your mouth shut and to never ask questions.  Embrace the crappy food, noise, threats, rapes and never getting to sleep in again, EVER.  Get ready for the lonesomeness, the thin hard mattress, the cell shakedowns and the daily fear of what cellmates do to punish baby killers.  Imagine how pretty your long hair is going to look in cornrows.  Most of all, enjoy all that time you're going to have...time to think about how you could be living a normal life if you had just been a NORMAL LOVING MOTHER.

NG said it carries up to 15 yrs and I hope when all is said and done, JP shows her no mercy because that whole lot of them have tried to make a mochery of his courtroom and if people that are watching think they can go into court and lie with no consequences, then no point in having a court of law,IMO

I hope he spares her the DP.  Because I'd prefer she rots away in a cell for life.

This has probably already been discussed here, but is there a record of Judge Perry's sentences in the past?  Is he keen on giving the death sentence?  Or is he lenient?

I believe he has sentenced 8 people to death and none were overturned on appeal.
