With Vinnie P on the Dr. Drew show, he has what they call the show's juror or something like that. She said Casey is guilty of manslaughter.

I talked with a friend of mine tonight who is a Sheriff Deputy and he told me the same thing.  He said computer searches do not prove premeditation, plain and simple.  He said none of her actions prove premeditation either. I was shocked. I told him they had less circumstantial evidence with Scott Peterson and he is sitting on DR. He said that is because of Laci's baby only. If she hadn't been pregnant, the outcome would have been different. But he also didn't know that aggravated child abuse that results in death, is punishable with a life sentence either.  He's a young guy, early 30s, so I figure....what does he know. 

I just don't want Casey Anthony to step foot on our streets ever again, so as long as the jury finds her guilty of a charge that requires life, I'm okay with that.

Wow, I forgot how Rosebud the Reprobate went into great detail with Greta about how there was NO WAY Caylee drown.  She even told a story about how a close friend of hers had a child that drown and after emergency personal got there they revived said child who was fine after many mnutes. Slore knew this so there was no way had Caylee drown that slore would not have called 911.

An attorney for Bartlett, who works as a server at the TGI Friday's restaurant near the Mall at Millennia, filed a notice of appeal and a motion to stay his sentence on Friday, records show.

Bartlett's attorney argued a stay was necessary due to the short length of the sentence. Without it, the motion states, it's likely Bartlett will have done his time before his appeal is heard.

The motion was quickly dismissed by Perry. Bartlett remained in jail Friday evening, where he'll likely spend his birthday. Bartlett was born on the Fourth of July.

Bartlett, 28, offered no explanation on Thursday, calling his actions "stupid." Perry scolded Bartlett, and said that his middle finger could have jeopardized the entire case, as the jury was present.

Records show Thursday was not Bartlett's first visit to the Orange County Jail. The native Texan was booked just more than a year earlier, records show, on a domestic violence charge.

That arrest stemmed from an incident at the home where Bartlett lives with his parents, an arrest report states, on June 22, 2010. Deputies were called to the Ridgeway Drive home about 3:30 p.m.

An arrest report states that Bartlett and his girlfriend had gotten into a violent argument with other family members. It was not clear in Sheriff's Office documents what led to the fight.

Reports state that Bartlett locked himself in a room at the home, shouted profanity laced threats and later attacked his father when the elder Bartlett broke through the door.

Bartlett and his girlfriend were arrested in the incident. Online court records show he was not prosecuted, and the case has been closed. The circumstances were not clear.

Omg I missed so much! Been trying to catch up for 2 hours now. I saw Mason going for a mistrial & acquit but was denied. Then my hubby came home & boys came in then company then neighbor's fog got loose so omg I'm trying to catch up! Wth was Casey's reaction at the very end? I don't even see where the Defense presented any testimony at all about an accidental drowning. Why make that their theory if they didn't intend to present evidence or testimony establishing it could have happened? Baez really did appear unknowledgable & not adequate to try a dp case. If my children or friends are ever in need of a defense attorney I can promise that they'll never have Baez. If Casey gets like 28 years, then Baez will feel like he did his job by saving her life. Personally, I was thinking lwop based on info I heard before the trial was circumstantial...but now I think it's possible to get the dp. The Prosecution did an outstanding crossing their ts & dotting their is. They didn't even submit HALF of the evidence they gave against Casey, can you imagine if they would have?

When this case is finished, I will never take anything that any of these talking heads say as being either fact or an intelligent opinion. I think I am done with JVM & Nancy Grace.
Any other cases come up, will never believe another lawyer who goes on TV.
Will never look at another trial again and listen to what any of their paid defense experts say.
We've followed this for three years, read the doc dumps and what was presented by Baez and the dog and pony show put on by his bought and paid for experts was vile and dishonest.

I never used to believe in the DP until John Evander Couey. Now, I would like Baez to get the DP.

The Anthonys smelled a human decomposition in theirs daughters car and they go to work like nothing happened? something is really wrong with them!! at this point I believe that Casey was constantly physical abusing caylee when nobody was around her; maybe that is the reason that caylee had bruises on her pretty ace, I really believe that she used to cover caylee's mouth to stop her from crying.....now caylee is in a better place, I do not like to say this but my heart  feels better to know that now caylee is playing in heaven
