Casey is looking gaunt, almost like Olive Oyl. 

She has worn those same slacks many times during hearings and the trial, and I don't remember them hanging off of her the way they are now. She has obviously lost weight.  Intentional to make herself appear the tiny fragile person who couldn't possibly hurt her child....or she is truly freaking out as she knows her azz is grass.

Those pants may have some give to them and she also can't wash them as she would like.  Only on certain days is her wash sent out and surely they have been worn several times before getting cleaned.  MOO

I have asked several times and there really isn't any answer but when an atty. deep down knows his client is guilty could he poss give a bad defense or throw a trial just because he wants the fame, money, the publicity a case like this will bring?  There really isn't a way to believe Casey is innocent, could Bozo have not really cared about putting on a good defense?  Has he always been this bad?  I guess I should go look at his record to see his history.  I do know that Casey deserves a fair defense/trial and innocent till proven guilty and I believe in our juries.  She really had a horrible defense strategy so did she order this go this way or did Bozo do this on his own.  She's the boss but...  Maybe this is why they requested a psych eval at last minute? Maybe they have been begging the slore to ask for a deal and she still believes she's leaving?  I know she lives in Casey's world but she really doesn't act like she can see how bad this is for her and she should beg the pros for some kind of deal.  I'm willing to bet if she offered to stand up and say how and when for real that they would let her leave the jail one day.  (provided it wasn't premeditated and she went with some kind of accident)  I personally believe she argued with her mother and left and killed our little Caylee out of spite!!

With all the computer searches  proven to be from Casey now, I just can't see how it could have been an accident.  She may have been planning on killing her "later" & that day was an accident but she was planning on murder that is for certain!

NG said she'd take the injection for her child - well me too.  The thing I think is HORRIBLE is yesterday or Thursday when she said SHE would lie on the stand for her kids!  Isn't she supposed to an attorney 1st and talking head 2nd.  that is clearly a total disrespect for the whole system.

She is talking as a mother only, but I agree, she has totally disrespected the system and is sending a loud message to her viewers that it's perfectly alright to lie for your child's heinous acts.  Even when pointed out to her that lying for your child does more harm and doesn't help your child, she just cut that person off, didn't want to hear it.  She's another idiot, imo.

I'd be ok with KC getting LWOP but, the fact is, she has proven herself to be a chameleon and will adapt to her environment. Since a sociopath has no remorse, KC will not spend the rest of her life being sorry for what she has done to her daughter or the rest of her family. I don't believe she'll be thinking about anything or anyone but herself, which is why I prefer to see her get the DP. From the time the judgement comes down, until the day they stick a needle in her she will think about what is going to happen to her, because she has and never will think about others. I would prefer KC spend the next 12-15years strategizing, sweating and having panic attacks about suffering the consequences of her actions and her own demise rather then her having a "Bella Vita" in prison until her natural death...JMHO

Samarie, thanks for the statistics.  I am OK with the DP or LWOP....since the jury doesn't know all we know I am not sure she will get either....but whatever she is convicted of, I have no doubt she will get the maximum allowed. I never want her to get out and live a beautiful life!!

Being the clothing is kept at the courthouse, I'm not sure she has anything to do with the laundering of them. I would think that would be left to her DT.  I could be wrong tho.

It's a shame her parents didn't take her for medical help when the sneaking and lying and stealing first started...I am sure there were early signs that something was wrong with her as a child....instead IMO they make excuses and covered up for her very early

I really don't think the A's think of the lying as dysfunction..I think she took the worst traits of both parents and used them to her advantage..I don't think Cindy started her lying career when this happened to Caylee..and we know George has always been willing to mooch off Cindy or anyone else.  So to them I doubt she appeared that dysfunctional until maybe a few months before the end of Caylee's life.  George said somewhere in his suicide letter that he saw signs about a year before ..but I don't think he thought it would get as bad as it did.  Then I think they realized they had a big problem...and I do think they knew exactly what she was capable of..otherwise Cindy would not have been worried about Caylee's well being enough to see a counselor and think about taking custody of Caylee.

Mark Lippman was on the Today Show this morning....Cindy says that the dates are wrong and she did do the searches.  Maybe I misunderstood, but did the computer guy yesterday say there was no search for chlorophyll ever or just on those 2 dates in question?

From what I understood it was a search within the reports he had conducted initially on the entire hard drive so I do believe there were no searches for chlorophyll period.  I might be wrong but that is the way I interpreted it.

Casey said something to the effect "I can't take it with me.  No!  I can't take anything".  She turned around and started to tell the officer something ''not listening...''  Is there a real good lip reader out there. My hubby is sleeping right now.  

I noticed the officer made sure she did not go back as it appeared she wanted to!

If you noticed the officer moved her chair to get her up and when she got to the door and KC was still talking reached around her and said lets go. That is the blonde officer who has moved her more than once when KC was blowing off the male officers.

You're welcome Tupelo and yes it is amazing at how Cindy continues to lie.  It only goes to show she is not, nor ever was, committed to seeking justice for Caylee, instead she continues to obstruct and lie.  One week she says she does not think her daughter is innocent and in the next she lies under oath to protect her.  Talk about an oxymoron.  I loathe Cindy and feel in my heart she will live a long and miserable life which is perfectly fine by me.

And didn't she leave the courtroom yesterday during some of that testimony, computerguy..Gentiva or her boss?  I thught then ..Cindy walking out of the room and not facing the truth does not change the truth.  She was in effect running away ..just like Casey did after she murdered Caylee....I am here, but not here..not facing or admitting what I did..nor will either of them ever do that.
