No AC in prison...

What about heat?  Does it even get that cold in Florida?

You sure about that?

Going to google...
Up at Lowell, during the winter, it can go into the 20's during a cold snap..its near ocala.. They get COLD at night  Monkey Devil! Big Bertha will keep her warm

Really no a/c or heat..........Kc here you go....

I googled and couldn't find anything.

I found this at prison talk...it discusses Lowell mainly by former prisoners....

"not lowell dont have a/c butcept in solitary confidentment my fiancee does little things get solitary confindment cuz it has a/c..but in population its hot as hell and its not that bad..as long she stays too herself remember she around females and they gossip so she dont want get caught in anything to lose her gaintime....they with write dr in second so just stay herself and maybe few friends but watch who u hang around females can get into to trouble and but its not bad at all the guards they all that but u have few the laid back.."

I live very near to where Martha Brailsford went missing on that sailboat. Was in a rubber dingy in the water near where she was found thinking about her. Thank goodness that her body was found. Waiting patiently for Caylee to get justice and for Natalee to be found. Patience is a virtue.....

We heard about the fight that night from Padilla.
Lee told Jesse.
But it is was all hearsay.
Cindy denied it, Lee, I am not sure if it was in any official statements made.
I do think she left the house that night with Caylee and was close enough to the house to still be pinging from the same tower. A call was made from the house to Casey's cell at 7:45 and I think she went back to the house after Cindy left for work. Her computer shows activity during the am.
It's too bad that they coudn't have been able to use that because it goes to motive and Casey's state of mind.
No babysitter that night, no money, wants to be with Tony, George doesn't pick up her calls, neither does Cindy. Last attempt to call Cindy June 16th was at 7:01.
I think the baby was killed right after that. But, we have had no truth from anyone who would know, have we ?
.....
I just want her to be found guilty of first degree and they can all lie to the public and to themselves until they day the four of them die. Three grownups, Cindy, George and Lee didn't do a thing to protect Cayles from her monster mother. No one stepped in for the sake of the baby. These people are intelligent, had access to resources, heard the train whistle
for a few years and did nothing.

By Amanda Evans, Reporter

 ::snipping2::
Closing arguments being at 9 a.m. Sunday and the jury could start deliberating immediately after.

It is not known how long it will take, but the plan is for the jury to work straight through until they have a verdict.

10 minutes after deliberating they will find Casey Anthony guilty. I know that is optimistic, but she will be found guilty just a matter of how long the jury will take.

SUNDAY MORNING - JULY 4, 2011

Timeline:

5:45 AM PT
Tamikosmom rises ... gets ready for church - grabs a bite of breakfast and a cuppa tea - sits in from of the computer.

6:15 AM PT
Judge Perry reads instruction to Jury.

6:30 AM PT
The State presents its arguments.

7:00 AM PT
The Defence presents its arguments.

7:30 AM PT
The Prosecution presents a rebuttal to the Defence's arguments.

8:00 AM PT
Member of the jury are dismissed to deliberate.

9:00 AM PT
Jury returns to court and renders a guilty Verdict.

9:30 AM PT
Tamikosmom cries tears of relief - justice has been realized for Caylee Marie

9:45 AM PT
Tamikosmom rushes downstairs and out the door where hubby waiting impatiently in the carport inside our vehicle with the engine reving.

10:00 AM PT
Tamikosmom is sitting in the sanctuary singing her heart out to the first hymn of the service ... singing out of tune to the beat of her own drummer.

Whew!
Just checking in and saw this first... LOVE IT JANET!!!

I'm slowly catching up but saw this... Love your timeline Janet!

Lippman was on NG tonight and something just hit me that he said. He said Cindy still maintains she did those searches, and if he could move her along from stating that he would huh.... so he believes she lied but just repeats what his client is telling him
is how I would interpret it

Yes, I heard the same thing.  I definitely took it as he didn't believe her, but had to stick with it because its what she holds on to.
