No objections during closings, correct? What if Bozo breaks one of JP's argument rules (which I'm sure he will) Will JP stop him?

WHY does she make that hooker knot in her shirt? It looks trashy as heck. Homeless people wear those because the clothes don't fit and are raggedy. Hookers wear them to accent their teats but she can't even do that right as they are to be in the front not the butt end. Geeshhhhhhhh

She has a home.........PRISON.............

Lots of young people do this to their shirts these days.... it is just a knot in the back of the shirt......

It is ugy and stupid.  My daughter does this but to the side on one hip.  I hate it.  Why can't they just tuck the shirt in?

I do that to my shirts

pb

WHY? Why not just buy something that fits nice?

Turbo, you are becoming the fashion guard!  It is not offense..just a trend.. step off the soap box! Find something that fits?  I am a 14 on top and a 6 on the bottom...which end should I fit?

LOL............I just hate to see there beautiful young women walking around dressed so shabbily when they could look SO fine. I had to laugh at the 14 on top and 6 on bottom as that was always my problem too. Now they have bathing suits you can buy as separates, but back in the day they didn't and mine always hung off my hips and waiste if I fit my top.

So...does the prosecution go first for closing arguments or defense?

Can't wait !

Shout out to Jess Star.  Hi!

Prosecution goes first - defense has rebuttal and then the prosecution has the LAST WORD.

If I was Casey's juror - she is getting a big fat GUILTY with a DP attached to it. I feel the state proved their case beyond a REASONABLE doubt.
I also spent time this weekend thinking of all of the opportunities she was GIVEN along the way to tell the truth. She never did. She passed on every one.

So, I would walk her down to the end of that Universal Studio's hallway... and give her the needle. It was never a game.

I am not sure about the objections - I wondered that myself and wondered if the state could point it out.

No there is not a thing wrong with them and I didn't mean to imply that EXCEPT on the skank. The slide things I was talking about was in the 70s.

I seem to remember the expert who searched the hard drive found chlorophyll searches but it was mispelled.  The person who searched the deleted files said no searches were on there for chlorophyll or variations.  Anyone else remember the expert who searched the hard drive finding the searches for chlorophyll?

I am not quite sure, but initially the search person, when testifying on the prosecutinos case, said chloroform was searched spelled incorrectly.  Never heard chlorophyll was searched.
I never heard that either...... just chloraform.... and it was spelled with an A in it

He said more than once there was NEVER a chlorophyll search at all on the computer.

Then maybe amidst all the Bozo and Cindy shenanigans, I am confused........ Yes, I remember that chloroform was mispelled. I am going to call it a night so I can get up early to see what happens next.

On the phone with my computer illiterate mama (she says hi to all, LOL) We were wondering... duringrebuttal was it proven that chlorophyll was actually never searched?? So all of Cindy's searches were actually a lie?

I bet our west coast and central time monkeys cant wait for this trial to end.. I cant imagine getting up at 5:30 and 6 am to watch it..

In the beginning I did get up that early but after a while I could not keep that schedule up. I missed a lot of the morning testimony and had to watch it in the evening. Tomorrow I hope to be awake to see the closings. Part of me can't wait for this to be over, and another part of me is going to greatly miss Judge B. Perry and the camaraderie with my fellow monkeys.

How long do you think each of closing arguments will take?  Prosecution should be the longest, correct?  (wait, I forgot about bozo's pontificating...)
